Corrosion problems are widespread in the world,not only cover the oil and gas resources development,chemical industry,water treatment systems and other industrial production areas,but also involve almost all infrastructure such as roads,bridges and buildings in the field of social life.Therefore,the research of corrosion and protection technology has been taken seriously attention by the national scientific institutions and researchers.Among the many anti-corrosion measures,the corrosion inhibitor technology has the advantages of low production cost,low operating cost and quick effect,and has been widely used.With the rapid development of science and technology,especially modern testing equipment,people have a deeper understanding of the performance and mechanism of corrosion inhibitors,the use of a single corrosion inhibitor can not meet the requirements of anti-corrosion work has become the consensus of researchers.The synergistic corrosion inhibition caused the research boom.In this paper,the synergistic corrosion inhibition of imidazoline and sulfonate in acidic solution was studied.The main work is divided into the following parts:1.Oleic acid imidazoline quaternary ammonium salt(IAS)and 3-(2-hydroxypropyl sulfonyloxy)-2-hydroxy propyl sulfonic acid sodium(SSA)were synthesized.The corrosion inhibition and synergistic corrosion inhibition of Q235 steel in hydrochloric acid corrosion medium were studied by static weight loss method,polarization curve method and AC impedance method.The adsorption of Q235 on the surface of steel was studied by isothermal adsorption model and thermodynamic data,and further analysis of corrosion inhibition mechanism of IAS and SSA by scanning electron microscope and energy dispersive spectrometer.2.Preparations of inhibitor of benzo triazole three acetic acid imidazoline(IAS)and non active S elements containing sulfonate derivatives 3-(2-hydroxypropyl sulfonyloxy)-2-hydroxy propyl sulfonic acid sodium(SSA),are in hydrochloric acid corrosion medium for Q235 steel corrosion inhibition.Synergistic properties are characterized by static weight loss method,polarization curve and AC impedance method.BTA and SSA in hydrochloric acid solution isothermal adsorption equation and Gibbs free energy revealed both in the adsorption of Q235 on steel surface.The effect of BTA and SSA on the surface of Q235 steel was further characterized by SEM and EDS.3.Study on rust preventive oil T701 and oleic acid imidazoline quaternary ammonium salt,benzo triazole three acetic acid imidazoline in hydrochloric acid corrosion medium for Q235 steel synergistic corrosion inhibition performance.The synergistic mechanism of nitrogencontaining heterocyclic imidazoline and T701 in hydrochloric acid solution was investigated by static weight loss method,electrochemical analysis method and surface analysis technique respectively.
