Amorphous alloy is a kind of metal material formed under the condition of fast cooling.Compared with the traditional crystalline alloy,the special atomic structure makes amorphous alloy shine in the direction of chemical catalysis.The excellent magnetic properties of amorphous alloy make it widely used in transformer parts as a soft magnetic material.In addition,amorphous alloy has excellent mechanical properties such as good wear resistance,high strength,high hardness and large elastic limit.However,due to its cold brittleness,amorphous alloy is difficult to carry out traditional machining,which bad processability for amorphous alloy to be widely used in engineering.However,amorphous alloy has superplasticity in its supercooled liquid phase zone,and amorphous alloy can have good processability between glass transition temperature and crystallization temperature,and various complex structures can be easily formed.In order to overcome the defects of difficult processing of amorphous alloy,this paper studies the thermoplastic forming process of amorphous alloy.A series of experiments that silicon wafers with different surface microstructures base on the traditional thermoplastic microforming of amorphous alloy.The surface microstructure was characterized by two-dimensional scanning electron microscope(SEM)and profilometer.Evaluated and analyze the surface microstructure defects.Then improved the process.Then put forward a new type of amorphous alloys high temperature thermoplastic molding process based on the traditional thermoplastic molding process of amorphous alloy.Superplasticity of amorphous alloy in supercooled liquid phase and high temperature stability of crystalline alloy were organically combined to make sample with microstructure have good high temperature stability.The experiment of plane thermoplastic forming of amorphous alloy was carried out,compared with the roughness of amorphous alloy samples and crystalline alloy samples for explored the possibility of application of amorphous alloy in high temperature mold.Finally put forward a kind of amorphous alloy three-dimensional micropore array molding process,the molding process can only use simple ball can produce complex three-dimensional micropore array structure,selection of appropriate process parameters testing,to obtain three-dimensional micropore array of amorphous alloy samples using amorphous alloy samples as mould thermal print polymer three-dimensional micro lens array,the three-dimensional micro lens array optical focusing and imaging experiments,according to the optical experimental results validate the feasibility of molding process applied optics micro lens array.Then the finite element simulation of the hot pressing process is carried out,and the mathematical model of the location and size of the micropore is established by taking the diameter of the steel ball,the curvature radius of the surface and the displacement of the hot pressing as the dependent variables,which provides a method for the personalized design of the three-dimensional micropore array structure for amorphous alloy.
