In recent years, with the constant improvement of the living consumption level, the taste of people’s vision is rapidly rising. Three-dimensional imaging technology rapidly develops. Traditional printing technology is based on planar imaging, or with the help of external equipment. With the continuous development of image replication technology and material technology, Three-dimensional printing based on naked eyes has been rapidly developing, mainly including lenticular grating and microlens array. Microlens array has both horizontal parallax and vertical parallax, so we can see three-dimensional image under 360 degrees. Its biggest advantage is that it avoids the vertiginous sensation, and it’s one of the important three-dimensional printing technologies in future. But at present, the basic principle of microlens array imaging and study of important technical parameter is less, which seriously hinder the development of microlens array three-dimensional printing.This thesis analyzed three-dimensional imaging principle of microlens array combining the principle of moiré lines and lens imaging, and studies three-dimensional printing technology based on microlens array through design and printing, then analyzed the effect of technical parameters on three-dimensional printing. This thesis used Illustrator CS5 to make three-dimensional image original manuscripts and put forward an improved method of simplified operation and image compression. The number of bytes of compressed image is just 6.4% of the uncompressed one, which showed that improvement effect is remarkable. As for reference value 180μm and measured value 255μm of microlens array’s spacing, we make test files to find suitable micrographics array parameter combinations:(1) Spacing: 180μm and neighborhood, Diameter of micro graphics array unit: 50μm-90μm, Angle range: 40°-45°.(2) Spacing: 255μm and neighborhood, Diameter of micro graphics array unit: 50μm-120μm, Angle range: 0°- 10°. We also find that the period that moiré fringe spacing of microlens array changes with Angle is 90°, which is half of bar moiré fringe. Therefore, we should make some correction for the original calculation formula of moiré fringe spacing of microlens array so that it can be applicable to analyze and calculate moiré fringe amplification effect of micro lens array. At last, we made three-dimensional printing samples of microlens array based on offset printing, UV offset printing, UV inkjet printing, and then we analyzed their quality and three-dimensional imaging effect.
