The Inheritance And Development Of Dongba Paper In Lijiang From The Perspective Of Live Protection Of Intangible Cultural Heritage

Dongba paper is an important symbol of the Naxi culture in Lijiang.It is the crystallization of the labour and wisdom of the Naxi people in a specific historical environment.It is the carrier of the transmission of the Dongba classics to the present day,it is a bridge for people to understand the culture of the Naxi and the Dongba culture.It is a unique paper-making craft which is different from other handmade paper.Dongba paper has a long history and has strong ethnic and regional characteristics.Dongba paper is a precious spiritual wealth of the Naxi people,it is also an important cultural resource for all mankind.As the intangible cultural heritage of China,it is of great significance to inherit and research.With the changes of the times and the progress of science and technology,the balance and ecology of Dongba culture has been aggravated.Dongba paper has undergone a process of ups and downs.The inheritance of Dongba paper reflects the changes in the life style of the Naxi people,and a shift in public attitudes toward handmade paper.Although,from the current point of view,Dongba paper heritage has achieved some results,but for a intangible cultural heritage,is far from enough,The living protection road of Dongba paper should continue to develop.In the context of intangible cultural heritage,this paper emphatically discusses the inheritance and the development of Dongba paper in Lijiang with the theory of living protection,and uses the methods of literature review,field investigation and so on,to analyse the way of the living protection of Dongba paper as completely as possible.This paper is divided into four chapters,the first chapter overall describes the concept of the intangible cultural heritage and the living protection;The second chapter introduces Dongba paper objectively and completely from its definition,making technique,function and development history;The third chapter expounds the present situation of the living protection of Dongba paper from three aspects of government departments,social enterprises and individual scholars,and sums up the existing problems;The fourth chapter advances further countermeasures and steps for living protection based on actual situation and existing problems of Dongba paper.
