Study On Participatory Development Of Papermaking Technique Protection And Development In Shiqiao Village,Danzhai County,Guizhou Province

This paper takes the development of traditional papermaking technology in Shiqiao Village,Danzhai County,Guizhou Province as a research case,conducts research and writing with a diachronic and synchronic framework,and attempts to clarify the papermaking skills in Shiqiao Village as a national non-material culture.After the inheritance,the specific papermaking practice carried out by local villagers,and the process of protection and development and utilization of Shiqiao Paper in the form of tourism development and cultural and creative industries,explored the continuation of traditional crafts in modern society.After the reform and opening up,with the change of social life,Shiqiao's traditional papermaking process is facing a crisis of extinction.However,under a paper order and indispensable role,Shi Qiao people changed their papermaking skills that will soon disappear into their important livelihoods.With the Shiqiao papermaking technology becoming the first batch of state-level intangibles,tourism and cultural and creative industries led by the state and the market have joined this development in order to promote the protection and development of skills.However,in the process of promoting the development of non-heritage art through tourism and the market,the government has made errors in its development goals,methods,and concepts,neglected the villagers' ability to independently develop,and created the predicament of Shiqiao's papermaking protection and development.Shi Qiaoren showed a strong initiative and self-development ability in papermaking.Despite the existence of internal games and conflicts,with the awakening of cultural consciousness,Shiqiao people are fully capable and actively participate in the development of Shiqiao Village.The author believes that in the process of protection and development of Shiqiao Paper,top-down development methods led by the government and the market are still using the increase in wealth as development stimulus points and goals.This is exactly the source of many conflicts in Shiqiao Village.However,today's intangible development work should not be contemplating simply using the increase in economic income as the concept and goal of development.Instead,it is necessary to update the concept of development,put the development of the owner of the non-leftover arts in the first place,view development as a process,and establish a mechanism that allows craft owners to participate in the development and guarantee their subjective status.Their culture is conscious.Only the owners of the non-heritage arts can gain development and it is possible to make the non-heritage itself develop.
