Complex production process of traditional nickel belt,In recent years,the international nickel price has continued to fluctuate and remain depressed,and the major domestic nickel production and p rocessing enterprises are facing severe challenges from the market.In order to improve the competitiveness of nickel belt production and processing enterprises,it is necessary to explore an economical,efficient and feasible nickel belt manufacturing pro cess while ensuring the product quality meets the downstream enterprises.The composition and properties of electrodeposited nickel plate produced by a company are characterized.In this paper,the short process processing technology of electrodeposited nickel plate directly rolling high-purity nickel strip without melting link is explored.The changes of hardness,texture,mechanical properties and electrical conductivity of materials under different deformation and different annealing conditions were systematically studied.By means of XRD ? SEM ? TEM ? EBSD characterization,the effects of dislocation,stress and recrystallization on material properties were analyzedWhile exploring the new rolling process,this paper also makes an economic analysis of the traditional nickel strip production and processing process and the new rolling process which is currently being tested,comparing the process differences of several production processes,the production capacity per unit time,the cost differences of each link and the final productivity and cost comparison.The main conclusions are as follows:1.The cross section structure of electrodeposited nickel in industry is main ly divided into three layers,which are the primordial sheet of the core and the upper and lower electrodeposited layer,and the primordial sheet is uniformly combined with the electrodeposited layer,but there is still a clear dividing line.the grain scale of the electrodeposited layer is large,and the grain scale is widely distributed,ranging from several hundred nanometers to 30?m.Belonging to micro-nanocrystalline materials.2.TEM characterization showed that the grain refinement occurred during the deformation of the material.The average grain size of the 90% deformed material was556 nm,and intense dislocation activity was observed.Including dislocation emission,stacking fault,dislocation disentangling,etc.In the process of increasing the amount of deformation from 70% to 90%,there is softening phenomenon.XRD characterization showed that the dislocation density decreased from 9.79×10 14/ cm2 at 70% to 8.47×1013/ cm2.at 90% of the deformation EBSD observation found that the rolling process occurred dynamic recovery recrystallization,accounting for about34.4% of the matrix.Dislocation disentangling and dislocation annihilation due to dynamic recovery recrystallization are probably the main causes of softening.3.the optimum parameters of nickel band annealing to different soft and hard states are investigated by orthogonal annealing.The mechanical properties of the material are determined by micro-hardness and the specific annealing parameters are determined.According to the micro-hardness index and the XRD analysis of nickel bands with different soft and hard states,internal stress changes and texture changes were characterized.the data show that the short-flow rolling nickel band can be annealed to soft state at 500?20 min process with an average hardness value of about 100 HV.4.according to the industry standard for battery nickel strip and national standard GB/T2072-2007 ? nickel and nickel alloy strip ?.The mechanical,electrica and other properties of short-flow rolled nickel bands with different soft and hard states were characterized and compared with the nickel bands sold in the same soft and hard states.The results show that the tensile strength,elongation resistivity of short-flow rolling nickel strip are weaker than those of industrial nickel strip due to the large number of defects.5.according to the investigation,the industrial rolling process of high purity nickel belt is introduced in detail,and compared with the unit time output and cost of each link of the short process rolling process adopted by the project.The short process rolling omits the melting link,reduces the number of hot rolling,and adds a hot rolling pre-heat treatment process.It is calculated that the processing cost per ton of nickel belt will be reduced by about ?14000 while meeting higher production efficiency and less labor and equipment input...
