At present,private mining in the mining area not only causes serious waste of mineral resources,but also causes serious damage to local vegetation,causing soil erosion and leading to deterioration of the ecological environment.The agricultural and forest water retaining agent can not only absorb water efficiently,but also release water slowly,help the seedlings to survive the drought,dry and hot season,increase the survival rate of afforestation,promote vegetation restoration,protect the ecological environment,and apply agroforestry water retention agent as a low-cost and high-efficiency afforestation.method.The water retaining agent is a super absorbent resin,and is a functional polymer material having a relatively high water absorption ratio,and has the characteristics of absorbing moisture,releasing moisture,and being non-toxic and harmless.Therefore,it is likened to a“micro-reservoir” in agriculture and forestry.In this paper,acrylic acid and acrylamide were used as raw materials,potassium humate and alkaline lignin were added to prepare different kinds of agricultural and forest water retaining agents.The water absorption rate,water absorption rate and water release rate of the water retaining agent were tested and analyzed.Microscopically studied the differences between them and achieved certain results.The conclusions are as follows:Preparation of humic acid-based agro-protective agent by using solution polymerization method using acrylic acid(AA),acrylamide(AM)and potassium humate(HA-K)as raw materials,potassium persulfate(KPS)as initiator and N,N'-methylenebisacrylamide(MBA)as crosslinking agent By adding potassium humate to reduce costs,while improving the performance of agricultural and forest water retention agents and enhancing soil fertility,to achieve the purpose of water retention and fattening.The agroforestry water-retaining agent was characterized by infrared spectroscopy,thermogravimetric analysis,X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy.Experiments show that the amount of potassium humate is 3%,the amount of initiator is 0.3%,the amount of crosslinking agent is 0.03%,the amount of acrylamide is 20%,and the degree of neutralization(molar ratio)is based on the mass of monomeric acrylic acid.70%,the reaction temperature is 40 ° C,and the reaction time is 2 h.Under this condition,the ratios of deionized water and 0.9% brine of the copolymerized water-retaining and water-retaining agent are 821g/g and 81g/g,respectively,and their water retention performance is better.Well,it provides a reference for the synthesis process of humic acid water retention agent.The invention provides a preparation method of a composite alkaline lignin modified super absorbent resin,which aims to comprehensively utilize industrial waste residue,turn waste into treasure,beautify the environment,solve the problem of salt tolerance in soil and high preparation cost.Similarly,acrylic acid(AA)and acrylamide(AM)were used as raw materials,alkaline lignin(AL)was added,potassium persulfate(KPS)was used as an initiator,and N,N'-methylenebisacrylamide(MBA)was used as a crosslinking agent to prepare wood by solution polymerization.Suoji Agriculture and Forestry Water Retention Agent.The results are as follows: based on the mass of acrylic acid,when the mass ratio of alkaline lignin to acrylic acid solution is 2%,the mass ratio of acrylamide to acrylic acid solution is 20%,the mass ratio of initiator to acrylic acid solution is 0.2%,crosslinker and acrylic acid.The solution mass ratio is0.07%,the molar ratio is 80%,the temperature is 60 °C,the reaction time is 2 h,and the water absorption of the resin in deionized water is 550 g/g,in 0.9% Na Cl solution.The water absorption rate in the medium is 50g/g,and the obtained composite alkaline lignin modified super absorbent resin has the best water absorption performance.In order to improve the water release performance of the water retaining agent,different foaming agents such as sodium carbonate,cyclohexane,etc.are added,and when the water retaining agent is grafted and polymerized,the pore diameter of the water retaining agent is enlarged,and the water release property of the water retaining agent is improved.Through experiments,it was found that the water release agent of the water-retaining agent added with the foaming agent was significantly improved compared with the water-retaining agent without the foaming agent,and the water release rate was increased by 20%?30%.Different types of water-retaining agents were applied,and the ratio of water-retaining agent to soil fraction was 0:1000,1:1000,2:1000,3:1000,and the same size of water was added to the beaker.In the wet soil,5 mung beans were placed,and the germination growth of mung beans was recorded every 5 days.The results showed that the mung bean with a water retention agent ratio of 3:1000 had better growth.
