Ultrasonic vibration plate single point incremental forming is a new and flexible dieless forming technology,which apply the ultrasonic vibration machining technology to the sheet of single point incremental forming type of plate material.Compared with the single point of common progressive,the average forming force of the ultrasonic vibration of single point incremental forming process is small,the precision of the forming plate material is high.Compared with the traditional forming and stamping,it does not need special mold,formes the different shapes,shortes the product design development cycle,reduces production costs,meet the personalized needs of small batch production?research?development and product.The paper estalished the infiited model of ultrasoic viratio plate single point incremental forming,which taked the finited simulated software-ABAQUES/EXPLICIT,composed the shape of truncated cone,simulated the forming process in the different amplitude and vibration frequency,and get the influent law which is amplitude and vibration frequecy of most stress and most such as plastic strain and axial force.The paper studied the influence of the largest plastic strain and the largest axial force,the amplitude of vibration frequency,the maximum stress in the forming process.The analysis obtained,the frequency of plate effects of maximum stress and maximum plastic strain is not linear,the influence on the maximum amplitude of stress is not linear,the influence of the maximum plastic strain is a approximate linear.The maximum stress of trend in the forming process of the general incremental forming is consistent with the vibration incremental,basicly which increases first and then tends to an equilibrium value,the influence trend of maximum plastic strain is different,in which the maximum plastic strain of ordinary forming increase first and then tends to an equilibrium value,while the maximum plastic strain of the vibration incremental forming increased all the way.Through numerical simulation,it obtain the axial force of different frequency and different amplitude condition size,axial force variation trend of the ordinary incremental forming is consistent with that of the vibration incremental forming process,the axial force first increases and then reaches a stable value.When the vibration frequency is less than50 k Hz,the size of the axial force decreases with the increase of vibration frequency,While the vibration frequency is greater than 50 k Hz,the axial force increases with the increase of vibration frequency.The axial force of vibration incremental forming is smaller than that of ordinary incremental forming.The test established dedstand of ultrasonic vibration incremental forming,in which the corn of the test is to design the ultrasonic vibration main shaft.The experiment was carried out under the condition of f=20k Hz,amplitude changing regulation by power ultrasonic generator size,the larger the amplitude,the higher the accuracy of sheet.The experimental verificated the influence law of amplitude on the axial force,verify the correctness of the simulation results.
