While drilling the oil and gas wells,drilling rigs are usually used to drive screw motor drilling technology,which requires ten meters of long drill pipe joints,the entire drilling system for thousands of meters,so the drill handle is poor flexible[1-2],he drilling process is encountered and this system do not have the impact resistance,drill bit is vulnerable to damage.In order to avoid the intermittent feeding of the peristaltic crawler and the unevenness of the formation caused by the damage and even stall of the drill,a coiled tubing drilling adaptive feeding system is proposed,and a coiled tubing with safety function is designed.Device and anti-stall short section.The main research contents are as follows:Aiming at the shortcomings of the existing drilling system,a coiled tubing drilling adaptive feeding system is proposed,and a coiled tubing crawler with mechanical safety function is designed.And through calculating the anti-stall short section of the helix in the screw angle,screw wear resistance,and checking the thread strength.And select and calculate the disc spring.The key part of the short stall is analyzed and studiedDesigned a hydraulic circuit.According to the slimness of the working space of the underground crawler,the valve seat,the safety valve,hydraulic directional control valve and the directional control valve are redesigned,and the disc spring used in the safety valve and the relief valve is selected and calculated.Using the AMESim simulation software,the equivalent model of the creep crawling creep crawling of the hydraulic control system is established,and the correctness of the design of the hydraulic circuit is verified by the simulation analysis of the model.The drilling speed is changed by the force of alternating force,linearly changing force and constant force.The simulation results show that the drilling system has the adaptability to the hardened rock formation.Using different speed of the mass block,respectively,impact the drill bit with an anti-stall tool and without an anti-stall tool,simulate the drill suddenly hit the hard rock layer make the drill bit instantaneous impact.The simulation results show that the drilling system with an anti-stall tool has a good cushioning performance and can effectively protect the drill bit.This paper proposes an adaptive feed system with crawler and anti-stall short section as the core of the system,which can automatically adapt to the change of formation hardness.The hydraulic system can control the creep crawling of the crawler and meet the requirements of large thrust.The simulation and analysis of the system are carried out on the dynamic simulation and analysis of the system under the conditions of continuous drilling and collision.The rationality and feasibility of the design are proved.
