| With the application of more brittle materials in modern industry wide demand for the machining precision and surface integrity increased,however,hard and brittle materials is a typical difficult to machine materials,workability is poor,easy to appear in the process of damaged or broken,and the surface quality is difficult to grasp,processing low efficiency.Ultrasonic assisted grinding technique is an effective modern processing technology in precision and ultra precision machining of hard and brittle materials,compared with traditional grinding technology,it has high machining efficiency,good machining quality and other advantages.However,the surface of hard brittle material removal is a very complicated process,and there is a brittle removal and removal of two kinds of plastic removal mode,thermodynamics,dynamics and material science involves a series of theories,the mechanism of ultrasonic vibration assisted grinding of hard brittle materials is not yet clear.In this paper,the thermodynamic properties,brittle plastic removal and material surface integrity of ultrasonic vibration assisted grinding of hard and brittle materials are studied by theoretical research,numerical simulation and experimental verification.The research contents mainly include:(1)on the grinding force,involved in hard brittle material of ultrasonic vibration assisted grinding heat and brittle plastic removal by theoretical analysis and calculation,study the influence of different processing parameters on the amplitude of ultrasonic vibration assisted grinding of hard and brittle materials process.(2)through the establishment of a single finite element abrasive cutting hard brittle material model,from single abrasive particles to study microcosmic effect of ultrasonic vibration on grinding of hard and brittle materials in the process of grinding force,heat,brittle-plastic removal and grinding surface residual stress.(3)through the establishment of abrasive grinding wheel surface kinematics model under ultrasonic vibration,the simulation of the grinding wheel on the grinding surface of sand into a random process,ultrasonic vibration of different cutting parameters on surface roughness of grinding effect.(4)build the test platform,the test design of ultrasonic vibration assisted grinding of hard and brittle materials testing program,by changing the processing parameters to study the effect of ultrasonic vibration on grinding of hard brittle materials and the process of grinding surface quality under different processing parameters,and verify the theoretical and simulation. |
