Title:The Micro Grinding Machine Tool Design,And The Grinding Experiments Analysis

Grinding process as an important way of the whole processing of light,with the continuous development of science and technology,aerospace,medical and other industries to the requirement of parts surface roughness and morphology is becoming more and more high,grinding process has receivcd more and more attention.At the same time all kinds of new type of grinding technology is also in constant appear.This paper in turn to the plane of grinding both at home and abroad on the basis of(he related technical data,the following content of plane grinding machine tool of the study:(1)Developed double plane grinding micro NC machine tool that based on the work-piece rotation and the control system of the grinding machine and the control system with PMAC controller as the core,and then make a selection,adjusting the motor drive current loop and the PMAC controller in the position loop and speed loop of the system control mode.(2)Adjust the control system of the micro plane grinding CNC machine and using laser interferometer for precision testing and geometric error compensation,including the flatness,squareness,positioning accuracy and repeat positioning accuracy detection;(3)Established the double plane lapping mechanism model based on the work-piece rotation type,analyzed the trajectory respectively of the grinding disc,the grinding plate and artifacts by using the ADAMS and MATLAB;(4)Set up the rotation of the work-piece friction-type double-sided grinding machine CNC grinding plane model,analysis the friction driving torque of the grinding disk with the work-piece,and the work-piece rotation of sports,as well as the work-piece and the grinding disk relative movement,for the future of machine tool design,select and optimize grinding parameters such as laying a theoretical basis;(5)The experimental grinding in the rotation type developed double plane grinding NC machine tool,using Cr20 specimen processing as an example,studied the effects of three kinds of grinding trace curve of the grinding effect,from the surface to be machined mirror effect and flatness of the two aspects of the evaluation comparison of the grinding effect,the obtained results agree and simulation.
