Study On Antioxidant Treatmentand Properties Of Gravure Bronze Powder

The antioxidant properties of bronze powder directly affect the storage stability and the printing gold gloss.In this paper,There are three methods for antioxidant treatment of bronze powder:the bronze powder was coated with single and compound corrosion inhibitor;the bronze powder was coated with silica films;bronze powder and resin were mixed into the strip bronze powder.The effects of different treatment methods on the oxidation resistance of bronze powder were studied by high temperature oxidation,EDTA titration and printing gold gloss.The results are as follows:（1）The oxidation resistance of copper powder coated with salicylic acid was the highest.The V₁ is 2.50ml,V₂ is 2.70ml when the Salicylic acid content is 0.6wt%.The Original bronze powder ’s V₁ is 4.8ml,V₂ is 3.30ml.（2）The antioxidant properties of bronze powder coated with corrosion inhib-itor were higher than that of single corrosion inhibitor.The performance of bronze powder was the best,when the corrosion inhibitor agents for the Salicylic acid and 2-Mercaptobenzothiazole withl:1 complex,its content of 0.6wt%,the V₁ is 2.10ml,V₂ is 1.30ml,and the gloss was 69.8,which was far higher than a single corrosion inhibitor coated bronze powder.（3）The silica film was coated on the surface of bronze powder by sol-gel method,which can improve the antioxidant properties of bronze powder greatly.The V₁ is 1.30ml,V₂ is 2.60ml,△ pH is 0.44 and the gloss of the coated bronze powder is 63.2 which improved by 49.76%compared with the use of only TEOS When the amount of ammonia added to 0.875ml,the precursor for the choice of KH-560 and TEOS mass ratio of 1:1 complex.（4）With the polyacetal resin,alcohol-soluble polymer rosin and rosin modified phenolic resin to prepare strip bronze powder can improve the antioxidant properties of copper powder.Polyester resin prepared by the strip of copper powder the highest gloss,the best storage stability.The V₁ of 1.32ml,gloss of 72.6 when the content of polyacetal resin is 2.5wt%.The antioxidant properties of striped copper powder prepared by rosin modified phenolic resin are the best.
