It is the mission of vocational education to cultivate the first-line skilled talents to serve the national economic construction and social production, and it is also the driving force in the process of socialist modernization. As an important part of Vocational Education in China, secondary vocational schools fully reflect the important role of reserve forces in serving the social and economic development. As a reserve force for the development of China's current manufacturing industry, numerical control major in secondary vocational schools is still facing a severe situation in its development.Among them, there is a certain systematic deviation between the quality of professional personnel training and the needs of social posts, such as the lack of curriculum overall and unit module objectives docking with ability obtained from the analysis of post responsibilities and work tasks, and the lack of ability module content matching the analysis of enterprise post professional ability demand. From the macro level, the main reason for this deviation lies in the curriculum;from the micro level,it is caused by the inconsistency between the high-end positioning of high-quality skilled technical talents and the curriculum with disciplinary tendency.Based on the concept of competency based vocational education, this research develops the curriculum of CNC milling machine programming and operation, which is the main course of secondary vocational CNC specialty. It aims to promote the effective transition of students' professional ability to the post professional ability, and realize the connection between curriculum teaching and post responsibilities.Based on the research of competency based curriculum and NC professional curriculum teaching, this paper firstly analyzes the survey results of NC milling machine programming and operation course in secondary vocational school by means of questionnaire assisted interview,Combined with the actual needs of CNC production posts, this paper puts forward the methods to solve the above problems;secondly,by visiting CNC related enterprises, understanding the demand for talents in the CNC market, summarizing the CNC job post group, and conducting close communication with the industry backbone and front-line employees in-depth production line, summed up the post responsibilities and tasks of CNC milling machine operators, and then implemented them in the post line Under the guidance of practical experts, according to the responsibilities and tasks, the comprehensive ability and special ability required by the post are transformed;then, the structural analysis of five competency dimensions of professional specific ability, including professional cognition, general ability, specific ability, key ability and expansion ability,is transformed into the overall goal of the curriculum and the goal of the ability oriented module, and the curriculum matching the five ability modules is determined Finally, this study takes the programming and milling of outer contour parts as an example to form a complete classroom teaching design, and further puts forward the teaching practice of the implementation of outer contour parts programming and milling Suggestions are given to provide teaching reference for front-line teachers of numerical control specialty in secondary vocational schools.
