Aluminum alloy is the most widely used non-ferrous metals market,but also with a wide range of aluminum scrap types of application development and increased with the continuous development of the automotive lightweight,aluminum usage in the car continues to increase,which leads to will produce a large amount of aluminum scrap after the car is scrapped,A hub of waste generated A356,body ADC12,Cylinder ZL102,these wastes can be recycled aluminum remelting regeneration,the data show,renewable energy remelting scrap aluminum is only 3%to 5%of the energy consumption of primary aluminum production,this highly competitive in the market today,is undoubtedly a lower cost,a good way to increase efficiency.To achieve efficient recycling of resources,research new technology proposed aluminum remelting scrap regeneration has important practical value.In this paper,the aluminum remelting scrap regeneration process optimum parameters compensation magnesium test,the use of orthogonal experiment method of Mg amount,adding temperature,holding time three process parameters are optimized,respectively,gravity casting state and squeeze casting alloys organization,tensile strength,Vickers hardness testing and analysis,and gives the Mg content on the law of gravity casting and squeeze casting alloys state organization and performance.The results showed that in the smelting process,the main process parameters on Mg content is added to the amount and holding time,by analyzing the trend curve for these parameters to obtain optimal containing 0.400%Mg orthogonal experimental parameters amount to 0.290%,adding temperature of 690?,holding time of 4 h.In the case of gravity casting,when the content of Mg is less than 0.800%Mg content increases,the alloy becomes gradually smaller grain size,tensile strength and Vickers hardness increased significantly,the Mg content is 0.800%,the grain the most obvious effect of refinement,the tensile strength and Vickers hardness reached the maximum,tensile strength of the alloy is 202.46 MPa,than when the 0.200%Mg content is 177.52 MPa increases 14.05%,the Vickers hardness value of 98.44 HV,phase than the Mg content of 0.200%percent when 88.72 HV improved 10.96%.In squeeze casting state,with increasing Mg content,after eutectic silicon refinement effect first increases and then decreases as the tensile strength and hardness after the first increases and then decreases when the Mg content of the alloy at 0.800%or less,with the increase of Mg content of the eutectic Si phase refinement increasingly evident in the Mg content of 0.800%percent,the refinement of the alloy is the most obvious,alloy tensile strength and Vickers hardness reaches a maximum value,a tensile strength of 244.79 MPa,compared to when the 0.200%Mg content is 204.65 MPa improved 19.61%,Vickers hardness of 103.72 HV,compared to when the 0.200%Mg content is 93.1 HV improved by 11.4%.
