Organic spiro compounds have been widely used in medicine,asymmetric catalysis,luminescent materials,fireproof materials,pesticides,and polymer binders due to their advantages such as rigid structure and stable structure.Among them,the rhodamines and crystal violet lactones have attracted the attention of the majority of scholars in recent years due to their unique switching mechanism.Based on the on-off character,good photostability and high fluorescence quantum yield of rhodamine compounds,several rhodamine hydrazide derivatives have been designed and prepared.The chemiluminescence performance of these rhodamine hydrazides were tested.A new method for the determination of Cr(?)and NO2-by chemiluminescence using rhodamine 6G hydrazide have been established.Furthermore,crystal violet hydrazide has been synthesized and a spectrophotometric method have been developed for NO2-detection.1.In the first chapter,some basic character was introduced,the application of rhodamine hydrazide,branched rhodamine hydrazide,fluorescein hydrazide in metal ions detection,anion detection,reactive nitrogen and reactive oxygen detection,protein detection have been reviewed,as well as crystal violet compounds in spectrophotometry and electrochemistry analysis.2.Rhodamine B hydrazide(RBH)and Rhodamine 6G hydrazide(R6GH)were prepared using Rhodamine B(RB)and Rhodamine 6G(R6G),and Cr(?)was determined using RBH and R6GH chemiluminescence methods.The reaction mechanism of"R6GH-H2O2-Tween 80"chemiluminescence system was discussed.3.Based on the results of Chapter 2,a chemiluminescence system of"R6GH-Co2+-Tween 85"for the determination of NO2-in acidic media was established.The luminescence properties were tested and possible reaction mechanisms were explored.4.Rhodamine B oxalamidide(RBHO)and rhodamine 6G oxamide hydrazide(R6GHO)were prepared using RBH and R6GH and were used as new chemiluminescence reagents for NO2-detection.An analytical model for the determination of NO2-in R6GHO-H2O2 chemiluminescence system was established.5.Crystal violet hydrazide was synthesized.Based on the chromogenic reaction between crystal violet hydrazide and NO2-,a new spectrophotometric method for the determination of NO2-was established.Compared with some existing methods for the determination of nitrite,the crystal hydrazine hydrazide method provided in this experiment has the advantages of good selectivity,low detection limit,simple method,and low cost.
