Prototype is a functional sample which is made first according to product appearance drawing or structure drawing without opening mould to check appearance or structure rationality.It is currently in different places also known as mockup or model.The quality of product development,the actual effect needs to be verified by prototype model.In this case,the prototype model industry gradually separated from the industrial design process,and became a relatively independent industry and flourished.According to incomplete estimates,the number of manual model workers in the country has reached over 200000,among which there are more than 1000 enterprises in Shenzhen.GD company is a member of Shenzhen prototype export industry.The main business is prototype export and customized purchasing and project management services.The main overseas markets are Europe and America and some Middle Eastern countries.Because of the China-USA trade war and the economic downturn,according to GD company data,the average monthly order volume in 2018 is 210 orders.The average monthly order volume for export to the United States decreased from 112 in 2018 to 36 orders in 2019.Reduced to 30%order quantity.Conversely,the average monthly order volume in the Israeli market increased by 74%,from 55 orders in 2018 to 96 orders in 2019.The Israeli market became the leading source of orders.GD company has 14 years experience in Israeli export cooperation.The Israeli Government has increased its investment in research and development of new high-tech products year by year.As a result,GD company must be in-depth study of the Israeli market.Design systematic Israeli overseas marketing strategy and help to open up Israeli prototype export business,increase profits.GD company is located in Shenzhen,the leading city of reform and opening-up,and is a member of many prototype model industries in Shenzhen.The main business of GD company is the export of prototype models and the provision of customized purchasing and project management services.The main overseas markets are Europe and the United States and some Middle East countries,including Israel.In order to actively deal with many problems such as China-USA trade war,economic downturn and fierce competition in the development of the industry,GD company is making great efforts to study the systematic overseas marketing strategy in Israel,and to open up prototype business overseas,especially in Israel market.This thesis takes GD Company as the research object,analyzes its politics,economy,culture and technology in Israel with PEST theory,obtains the overseas marketing environment,uses the STP methodology to find the position of subdivision market,and chooses the target market of the company.Carry out the correct market positioning.At the same time,this thesis analyzes the industry and development direction that Israel attaches importance to,and analyzes the competition status of prototype industry in Israel with the Porter five force model.The problems existing in the marketing strategy of GD company in Israel are combed.The SWOT theory is used to analyze the core strengths,advantages and disadvantages of GD Company.This thesis applies international marketing theory to study the marketing strategy of enterprises from the whole operation link of product,service,price,sales channel,promotion,customer management,and tangible display of business.Through the STP methodology to find the market segmentation,choose the right target market,execute the suited market positioning,use marketing theory and 4Ps marketing mix and 7Ps to analyze and design products,prices,sales channels,promotions,business development,after-sales service and customer management strategy.The purpose of this thesis is to use the international marketing theory combined with the actual situation of GD Company to explore a set of suitable Israeli marketing scheme for GD Company.
