Petrochemical equipment has the characteristics of large-scale,complex,high-speed and continuous operation,and its operation status directly affects the social and economic benefits of petrochemical enterprises.The intelligentization and informatization of petrochemical equipment maintenance is of great significance to improve the efficiency and quality of its maintenance,reduce the failure rate of equipment and ensure safety production.Focusing on the early warning time delay of the existing petrochemical equipment degradation reliability analysis algorithm and the imperfect function of the current petrochemical equipment management system,and taking into consideration the actual demand of Qingdao Petrochemical Installation and Maintenance Engineering Company for petrochemical equipment maintenance,this thesis develops the "Petrochemical equipment reliability analysis and management system".The main research contents and results are as follows:(1)This thesis sorts out and optimizes the business processes of petrochemical equipment maintenance,and constructs the business requirements analysis models of such as organizational structure and core business processes.Then,it analyzes the requirements of petrochemical equipment management system and constructs a system use case model.In addition,this thesis carries out the overall system design based on requirements analysis,and provides the results of system architecture design,database design and functional module design.(2)Because of the insensitivity of early faults and the difficulty of parameter selection in SVDD algorithm,the time delay of early warning will occur when evaluating the degradation reliability.Therefore,this thesis proposes a WOA-SVDD algorithm for reliability analysis of petrochemical equipment degradation.This algorithm uses the SAE algorithm which can deeply mine the data feature information to reduce the feature vector,introduces Morlet wavelet function as the kernel function of SVDD algorithm,uses WOA algorithm to optimize the parameters of SVDD algorithm,then processes the obtained results to obtain equipment reliability metrics,and finally establishes adaptive thresholds for equipment anomaly warning.The experimental results show that the WOA-SVDD algorithm proposed in this thesis can warn earlier the abnormal state of the equipment with regard to the bearing outer ring fault of the rotating equipment,which is about 6 hours earlier than the method based on the SVDD algorithm.(3)By using such methods and technologies as Object-Oriented technology,unified modeling language and Java Web development,this thesis developed the "Petrochemical equipment reliability analysis and management system" which has functions such as inspection management,regular maintenance management,maintenance management and equipment maintenance statistics.The“Petrochemical Equipment Reliability Analysis and Management System”developed in this thesis has been put into operation in the Qingdao Petrochemical Installation and Maintenance Engineering Company.The operation results show that the system meet the actual needs of the petrochemical equipment maintenance management work,and was capable of warning earlier the abnormal state of petrochemical equipment,which was of great significance to reduce the failure rate of petrochemical equipment and improve the efficiency of petrochemical equipment maintenance.
