3D printing has the advantages of low cost, accurate physical reproduction, and material saving. It has become a research hotspot in the field of additive manufacturing. In this paper, photosensitive resin is used as a 3D printing material, and graphene and carbon nanotubes with different mass fractions are added to them. The high-speed reciprocating friction and wear tester(MFT-R4000)is used to investigate graphene/photosensitive resin and carbon nanotube/photosensitive resin.Friction and wear properties of composites under dry friction, water lubrication and synthetic ester lubrication. In addition, studies have shown that surface texturing technology that shapes the surfaces of friction pairs can improve the tribological properties of the friction pairs. Therefore, this paper uses 3D printing technology to construct different texture densities on the surface of basic photosensitive resins,graphene/photosensitive resins and carbon nanotubes/photosensitive resin composites, and studies the friction and wear performance of surface texture density on photosensitive resin composites. Finally, the ball-disk friction pair was established by ANSYS to study the stress and temperature distribution of the ball and disk during the friction process. The conclusions of this article are as follows:1.The addition of graphene and carbon nanotubes can greatly improve the tribological properties of photosensitive resins.Under dry friction, the friction coefficients of 0.1%-graphene-photosensitive resin and 0.5%-carbon nanotube-photosensitive resin under 10N conditions, and the width of the wear scar were reduced by 3.5%,11%,and 7.9%,respectively,compared with the base resin.%.It is attributed to the weak van der Waals force between graphite sheets and the effect of filling scratches with graphene and carbon nanotubes.2.The effect of surface texture density on the tribological properties of photosensitive resin is related to the type and content of additives. For the base resin, the friction coefficient and wear scar width under the three lubrication conditions decrease with increasing texture density. For 0.1%-graphene-photosensitive resin and 0.5%-carbon nanotube-photosensitive resin, the tribological properties are best when the surface texture density is 5%and 18%,respectively.3.The results of ANSYS simulation show that the closer to the friction contact area, the higher the temperature, but the poor thermal conductivity of the base resin, and the phenomenon of adhesive wear is very easy to occur. The addition of graphene and carbon nanotubes can improve the thermal conductivity of photosensitive resins, thereby reducing adhesive wear.Through stress analysis,it is found that there are mainly tensile and compressive stresses in the friction process, and cracks and other defects are easy to appear on the friction surface under the effect of cyclic stress.
