Fe-based nanocrystalline soft magnetic alloys have high saturation magnetic induction intensity,high initial permeability,low coercive force and good high frequency loss characteristics.Devices made of these materials have the advantages of high performance,small volume and light weight,which are widely used in the field of power electronics.Taking Fe73.5Cu3Nb1Si13.5B9 nanocrystalline strip as the research object,from the mother alloy melting,strip preparation,core winding and core to performance testing and analysis of the heat treatment process,the integrated use of X-ray diffraction analyzer,differential scanning calorimetry,dc magnetic measurement system and inductance tester testing instruments,such as system analysis the structure and properties of materials.And according to the actual production requirements,design and develop related equipment and mold.By comparing the changes of sample structure and properties before and after different heat treatment processes,the influence of each heat treatment process on the structure and properties of magnetic core is summarized.The nominal composition of Fe73.5Cu3NbiSi13.5B9 nanocrystalline strip was prepared by the single-roll sling method,and the structure of the material and the optimal heat treatment temperature range were determined by means of X-ray diffraction analysis and DSC thermal analysis.A nanocrystalline strip magnetic core was designed and developed.In view of the bar magnetic core of this kind of specification,the design and development of a shape mold applied to the bar magnetic core,in view of the nanocrystalline magnetic core special performance requirements and heat treatment mode,the design and development of a horizontal magnetic field heat treatment equipment,to meet the experimental requirements and the actual industrial production.The influence of different applying time and holding time on the inductance and soft magnetic properties of the magnetic core is explored.Under the condition that the insulation temperature is the same,with the increase of the magnetic temperature,the coercivity gradually increases,the permeability gradually decreases at low frequency,and the inductance gradually increases at high frequency.According to the requirement of nanocrystalline strip core performance in practice,the optimum heat treatment process was determined.The effects of different applied stresses on the microstructure and soft magnetic properties of strip cores were investigated.It was found that the stress heat treatment induced anisotropy and had great influence on the structure and properties of the strip core.
