Because of the low iron loss and high permeability,Fe-based amorphous and nanocrystalline alloy materials have been the most promising soft magnetic material in the electric field.But due to the low saturation flux density?Bs?of this material,they posses less advantages in price when compared with silicon steel,so,developing amorphous and nanocrystalline alloy ribbon with high Bs is requested.For Fe-based amorphous and nanocrystalline materials,it's very possible to get amorphous and nanocrystalline soft magnetic materials with higher Bs and lower low iron loss by reasonable composition design.As the price of Fe in magnetic metal is relatively low,the increase of Fe content can effectively reduce the material cost,as well as the increase of Fe content can reduce the magnetostriction of soft magnetic material under the alternating current,then reduce the working noise of the transformer,therefore,people pay more attention on how to develop amorphous and nanocrystalline soft magnetic material with high Fe content and high Bs.In order to enhance the Bs of Fe-Si-B system amorphous and nanocrystalline alloy,in this paper,we hope that we can enhance the synthetic soft magnetic properties through adding and adjusting the content of microelements,adjusting the content of Fe element,annealing heat treatment on the basis of Fe84Si4B12 alloy.This paper prepares varies of Fe-Cu-M-Si-B?M=Nb,Zr,Mo,Y?system amorphous and nanocrystalline alloy samples successfully by arc-melting and single roll strip casting process.Utilizing test and analysis technology,such as XRD,DSC,HV,VSM,electrochemical workstation and SEM,we research the structure,thermal ability,mechanical properties,corrosion resistance and magnetic properties of the alloys.Results indicate that,with the increase of the amount of Nb and Zr,the thermal stability and Vickers hardness increase gradually,the corrosion resistance decreases,the saturation magnetization decreases and the coercivity increase.With the increase of Fe content,amorphous formation ability and thermal stability reduce,Vickers hardness and corrosion resistance decrease,the saturation magnetization and coercivity increase.Fe84Cu1Nb1Si4B10and Fe84Cu1Zr1Si4B10 amorphous/nanocrystalline alloy with excellent comprehensive soft magnetic properties are obtained by the experimental results.The as-spun alloy ribbons of FexCu1Nb1Si4B94-x,FexCu1Zr1Si4B94-x?x=83,84,85?were selected to carry out annealing treatment at the temperature Tx1+50K.We test the annealed alloy samples by XRD,HV and VSM,then analysis and discussion were carried out for the the effect on the structure,mechanical properties,magnetic properties of the alloy samples from annealing treatment.Result indicates that,after annealing treatment,the degree of crystallization and Vickers hardness of the alloy samples becomes higher,the saturation magnetization improves,coercivity decreases.
