China is a big country in coal production and consumption.Coal resources account for a large proportion of China's energy consumption structure.In the long term,the main energy status of coal will not change.Most of China's coal mines are underground mining.Coal mine shafts serve as the main channel for transporting people and goods,which plays an important role in coal mine production.However,with the continuous development of coal mining activities,a variety of factors may cause deformation and damage of the coal mine shaft.So it is necessary to carry out real-time monitoring of coal mine shafts and timely warning of possible damages to ensure the safe production of coal mines.In this paper,the research status at home and abroad and the failure mechanism of the wellbore are analyzed.On the basis of this,different monitoring schemes are designed according to the different aspects of inclined wellbore deformation and vertical shaft deformation monitoring.The monitoring content and monitoring methods of each monitoring program are introduced,and the sensors are selected;Secondly,the overall scheme of the monitoring system was designed.The function,structure and workflow of the monitoring system were introduced.Then the sensor and signal converter used in the monitoring system were designed.The working principle,overall structure,hardware and software were introduced.Finally,the overall performance of the sensor and monitoring system was tested and analyzed.The monitoring system designed in this paper consists of three parts:intelligent sensor based on M-BUS,signal converter and intelligent information management platform.The intelligent sensor based on M-BUS includes a intelligent phase laser ranging sensor and an intelligent LVDT displacement sensor.The intelligent phase laser ranging sensor performs the monitoring of the deformation of the inclined wellbore,and the intelligent LVDT displacement sensor completes the monitoring of the wellbore deformation of the vertical well.The signal converter includes M-BUS host interface circuit,RJ45 interface circuit,M-BUS interface diagnostic module,where M-BUS host interface circuit realizes communication with sensor,RJ45 interface circuit accesses Ethernet to realize communication with intelligent information management platform,M-BUS The interface diagnosis module realizes the fault location.The intelligent information management platform includes a monitoring server,a host computer software and a short message alarm module for realizing centralized display,analysis and storage of monitoring data,and timely warning of possible damage.The monitoring system designed in this paper has been installed on the monitoring site.After more than one year of testing,it is proved that the monitoring system can complete the more accurate measurement of the deformation of the coal mine wellbore and achieve the expected design effect.
