As an important component in the field of military industry, transportation and so on,it is important to detect the internal defects of cylindrical components by ultrasonic imaging to judge whether the defects affect the normal operation of equipment. With the development of ultrasonic nondestructive testing technology,it is very important to study the two-dimensional reconstruction and three-dimensional reconstruction of the defect of the specimen. In this paper, the existing 45 steel cylinder with square and round through-hole in its center is chosen as the test object, and the ultrasonic testing system based on the A-type pulse reflection principle is built Based on the theory of Born approximation and Kirchhoff approximation, the two-dimensional cross-sections graph is reconstructed by dividing the measured points on the side surface of the cylinder,The program of three-dimensional reconstruction be based upon the two-dimensional cross-section drawing based on three-dimensional reconstruction method of medicine is written by using MATLAB Platform to realize three-dimensional visualization. The main contents of this research are as follows:(1)Detection of the cylindrical components in this experiment,it is described that the side surface of the cylindrical components is divided firstly, select Olympus Model 5800 PR type ultrasonic pulse generator receiver,Tektronix DPO3012 digital fluorescent oscilloscope,V110-RM type finger touch sensor probe and PC notebook and Tektronix Open Choice Desktop synchronous display software, the ultrasonic testing platform based on ultrasonic testing principle is built.(2)The defect information obtained by ultrasonic testing is collected and saved, and the corresponding value data of defect amplitude and time are calculated by using Born approximation and Kirchhoff approximation,two-dimensional reconstruction cross-sections of cylinder with different cross-sections are obtained by programming.(3)The program is programmed to pre-process two-dimensional image based on Born approximation and Kirchhoff approximation, including setting up hsv component to extract pixels, binarization, labeling and generating gray-scale image. The useful information in two-dimensional slice is extracted.A program is written to create a three-dimensional matrix for the extracted two-dimensional section diagram, smooth the loaded three-dimensional matrix, project the three-dimensional data, construct the three-dimensional fragments, and reconstruct the three-dimensional body, then three-dimensional visualization is carried out from the viewpoint of the observer, and the results of three-dimensional imaging under the two methods are compared.Figure [48] Table [5] Reference [88]...
