As the oven use more come commonly,the problem that affects oven performance and quality also is exposed gradually come out,for instance the phenomenon that the temperature inside oven can appear imbalanced,affect bake the effect to wait a moment.Therefore,the need for how to effectively control and adjust the temperature uniformity in the oven to carry out in-depth research and exploration,which is also the focus of most domestic enterprises.The research and treatment of the uneven temperature inside the oven is very important for the research of the application field of the oven,and it is also the primary problem that troubles the users in the current use process of the oven.In the related research and analysis in this paper,based on the above issues,the selection of a forced convection oven as a prototype,based on the general situation of the internal flow and temperature distribution in the oven has carried out research,through the numerical simulation analysis of the evaluation of the oven current temperature uniformity,premise,adjust the structure of the target inside the oven and improvement,hope to be able to effectively improve the uniformity of temperature inside the oven,provide convenience for people's life.First of all,in the relevant research process of this paper,the internal main structure of the forced convection oven and the related flow heat transfer principle were elaborated and analyzed in detail.Three heat transfer modes in the oven,namely heat conduction,heat convection and heat radiation,were numerically simulated.According to the results,the influence of different heat transfer modes on the temperature uniformity in the oven was analyzed.The internal structure of this type of oven mainly includes multiple heating tubes and the rear hot air circulating fans,which interact with each other and form a complete 3D hot air circulating system,which can effectively complete convective heat transfer and radiation heat transfer.With the combination of different forms of the corresponding heat transfer function to ensure the quality and effect of baking.Secondly,the flow and heat transfer characteristics inside the oven are studied and demonstrated in depth by combining relevant CFD values,which is the basis for studying the uniformity of temperature distribution inside the oven.The heat transfer method inside oven basically has heat conduction,heat convection,heat radiate 3kinds.Three optimization schemes for different structure of oven are put forward.Bottom heating tube encryption can enhance the convection of the oven,thus achieving the goal of optimizing the oven temperature distribution.The thickening of the insulating layer of the oven glass door can significantly reduce the heat loss of the oven door and improve the performance of the oven.The structure optimization of the rear fan baffle can change the air flow in the oven,make the hot air evenly distributed and reduce the temperature difference.The three structures can improve the temperature uniformity of the oven and have guiding significance for the design and production of the oven.Finally,the application of the hot air circulation structure can directly affect the internal temperature uniformity of the oven and effectively improve the baking quality and effect of the forced convection oven,which has important research value and practical significance for the research and application of kitchen appliances industry.
