In the photogravure process,the performance of the oven directly affects the quality of the printing and the running speed of the whole machine.The hot air is directly blown to the surface of the printing plate through the nozzles of the oven,so the nozzles has the most direct influence on the drying effect of the printed matter.In this paper,combine the fluid mechanics with the aerodynamics principle and with the help of CFD software to simulate the oven and to optimize the local structure,set up experimental platform for experimental verification.In order to optimize the internal flow filed of the oven and improve the efficiency of drying.The main research work and achievements in this paper are as follows:(1)Referring to the design experience of the traditional wind nozzles,to make up for its shortcomings and design a kind of adjustable nozzle structure.The adjustable structure can change the angle of the nozzle and the outlet width of the nozzle by adjusting the swing arm in a certain angle range to meet the requirements of the different positions in the oven for the different angles of the nozzle.(2)Fluent,the CFD numerical simulation software,is used to simulate the single nozzle at different angles,the qualitative analysis is done by the cloud chart and the trace chart and the quantitative numerical analysis is done by extracting the data from the observation position.Finally,the relationship between the change of the nozzle angle and the flow field is obtained.(3)In order to optimize the internal wind field of the whole oven and improve the uniformity of the hot air on the substrate surface,the structure was optimized according to the simulation results of the original oven.This paper makes some improvements by adding the air deflector at the air inlet adjusting the angle of nozzle and outlet chamfer.(4)Reducing the proportion of the optimized model and setting up a small oven device.On the basis of simulation,the experiment is carred out.This paper first designed adjustable nozzle structure,which provides convenience for the uniformity of the oven inner wind field regulation.The uniformity of the hot air on the surface of the substrate is improved by adjusting the different positions of the inner part of the oven to the different angles.Research on this paper will provide technical support and theoretical basis for the further development and research of the oven structure.
