In order to solve the technical problems caused by the warp yarn breakage and terry hair removal caused by the fluctuation of the warp yarn tension during the weaving process,and to improve the quality of the towel fabric,this article takes a domestic towel loom as the research object to study the towel fabric terry The law of the change of the tension of the wool warp yarn during the forming process,to obtain the influencing factors of the tension fluctuation of the wool warp yarn;study the dynamic response characteristics of the rear beam of the activity,and obtain the structural parameters of the rear beam system to alleviate the fluctuation of the tension of the wool warp yarn.Provide a basis for setting.Through the study of the path change law of the wool warp yarn in the process of raising,quantitatively analyze the influence of the cloth movement,opening movement,and beating motion of the cloth towel loom on the change rule of the wool warp yarn path,and obtain the hair warp with constant warp yarn tension The beam position changes after the activity.The results show that the position change of the beam after the hair warp activity can compensate for the influence of the raising motion,opening motion and beating motion on the change of the hair warp tension.According to the path,opening movement law,cloth surface movement law,beating motion law,rear beam mechanism parameters,and rear beam static balance principle of the towel loom,the warp yarn tension analysis model is obtained,and the warp yarn tension is established.The functional relationship between each structural parameter and the motion parameter.The dynamic equation of the beam after the movement is established to quantitatively analyze the lag degree of the beam position relative to the opening movement,cloth movement and beating movement after the movement.Through the study of the response characteristics of the beam after the movement of the terry fabric terry,the influencing factors of the tension fluctuation of the warp yarn are obtained,and the position of the beam after the movement is lagging.Studies have shown that the main shaft speed of the loom is high,the loop formation cycle is short,and the warp tension of the wool warp fluctuates significantly.The use of a low-inertia rear beam can bring better weaving results.Using the GUI module of MATLAB software,an application software specially designed to analyze the performance of the movable back beam system is designed to intuitively and quickly obtain the dynamic and static characteristic curves of the movable back beam of the wool warp yarn.Through the research on the selection scheme of the spindle speed,the weight of the movable beam,and the stiffness coefficient of the return spring,the best selection scheme for reducing the fluctuation of the tension of the wool warp yarn is obtained,and the actual project has verified that the effect is good.The research shows that the back beam system analysis software designed in this paper has universal adaptability and can be well used in the calculation of the characteristics of the back beam system of the actual loom.
