The Optimizing Design For The Structure Of The Rear Horse-head Of Special Beam Pumping Unit

Compared to conventional beam pumping unit, the special beam pumping unit, which can achieve 10~20% energy-saving, is expected to be widely used and should have a bright future. However, according to the tracing investigation, we learned that there exist the following problems as short working life of the rear hanging wire line, frequent breaking down of the hanging wire line and unobvious energy-saving effects etc. to solve the above mentioned problems, we redesigned the structure of the rear horse-head.Based on the analysis to the investigation report of practice usage in Daqing oilfield, we reviewed the design carried out by Daqing Petroleum Equipment Group and found that high torque factor caused the breaking down of the rear hanging wire line. So the reasonable technical plan of performance analysis for this style pumping unit was established to optimize the structure of the rear horse-head.Based on the special beam pumping unit CYJS10-5-37HB and keep the overall dimension of the unit unchanged or diminished, we optimize the profile parameters of the rear horse-head to reduce the torque factor and thus prolong the working life of the rear hanging wire line. The detailed research contents are: Firstly, establish analysis model; secondly, optimize the torque factor by putting the parameters to relative optimizing programs; thirdly, ensure to reduce the torque factor and then perform the calculation of structure design; finally, trough compare and analyze, determine the parameters of a profile curve of the rear horse-head which can both reducing torque factor and protecting the hanging wire line from being damaged.A reasonable design structure of the rear horse-head was established finally to provide reliable technical supports for Daqing Petroleum Equipment Group in the activities of manufacturing and using.
