With the exhaustion of coal resources in the east,the west will become the main battlefield for coal mining in China in the future.Xinjiang has abundant coal resources,and its reserves of steeply inclined coal seams account for a relatively high proportion.The steeply inclined coal seam is complicated,difficult to mine,and has high technical requirements.It adopts horizontal section caving coal mining method because it has a relatively large mining and mining scale(about 1:7 in Wudong Coal Mine)and shallow burial.The surface leakage to the goaf is serious,the bottom coal body self-unloading pressure gas escapes,the goaf area is large,and the residual coal is more,which makes the work face gas prevention and control work more difficult,the corner gas accumulation and fire accident frequency hair.The change of natural wind pressure has a great influence on the air leakage in the goaf.Therefore,the actual wind pressure and air leakage are measured on site,and then the air leakage law is analyzed to guide the air leakage prevention work.To this end,the research and application of pressure equalization ventilation technology in steeply inclined and extra-thick coal seams are studied.The key rules of application of pressure equalization ventilation technology,pressure energy distribution,influencing factors and pressure regulation are further mastered.It is indeed guaranteed that the pressure equalization system is stable and reliable.Affected by the mining characteristics of steeply inclined and thick coal seams,the upper part of the stratification is the upper stratified mining goaf.During the mining of this stratified working face,there are stratified and upper stratified double goafs,resulting in the formation of complex goaf.In the case of full negative pressure ventilation,the comer anoxic will be caused,and the CO2,CH4 and CO concentrations will be exceeded.The gas flow field changes in the goaf before and after pressure equalization are analyzed by numerical simulation,which is the uniform pressure ventilation scheme.Propose and provide guidance for the determination of parameters.In this study,the east wing working face of 45#coal seam with+575 level is taken as an example to study the application of pressure equalization ventilation technology in fully mechanized caving face of steep inclined thick seam.The pressure equalization ventilation scheme and monitoring method were put forward,and the stability of the system after pressure equalization ventilation was verified by field measurement.The pressure equalization ventilation technology has a good effect in preventing leakage of the working face and gas accumulation in the goaf.Therefore,the use of pressure equalization ventilation technology is of great significance for the safe production of the mine.
