In this paper,takes 4303 gob-side driving roadway in Guotun Coal Mine as research background,through field investigation,theoretical analysis and numerical simulation,the deformation and failure characteristics and supporting technology of surrounding rock of deep gob-side roadway are systematically studied.Based on the field investigation of surrounding rock deformation and failure of gob-side roadway,this paper analyses the characteristics of surrounding rock deformation and failure of deep gob-side roadway and its main influencing factors.According to the movement characteristics of overlying strata,the structure model of surrounding rock of roadway driving along goaf is established,and the breaking position of basic roof is analyzed.On this basis,the stability of surrounding rock in deep gob-side roadway during tunneling and mining is systematically studied.The distribution characteristics of plastic zone and stress in surrounding rock during tunneling and mining are numerically simulated by FLAC3D.Starting from the surrounding rock control of roadway driving along goaf,this paper puts forward the surrounding rock control principle and Control Countermeasures of deep roadway driving along goaf,strengthens the roof support of roadway on the side of small coal pillar and near the side of small coal pillar,and improves the stability of roadway surrounding rock.By comparing with the numerical simulation of the original supporting mode,the new supporting scheme is effective in controlling the plastic deformation and failure of small coal pillars and the stability of surrounding rock of roadway.The research results of this paper are of great significance to improve the level of gob-side roadway support,and also create conditions for safe and efficient deep mining.
