High-voltage Pulse Coal Seam Anti-reflection System

China has a large amount of CBM resource reserves with low coal seam permeability,and the efficiency of coal mine gas drainage is greatly restricted.Therefore,the improvement of gas drainage efficiency needs to adopt new methods to achieve.In this paper,the design of the high-voltage electric pulse coal seam anti-reflection technology will be adopted.The most important part of the system is to charge the capacitor as an energy storage device.In this paper,the design of charging and discharging the system is realized by using the combination of high frequency resonant converter and Marx generator.This text has carried on the detailed analysis to the series resonance working mode in the high-frequency converter,and chooses the discontinuous working mode with the best working performance.At the same time,the Marx generator energy storage device composed of capacitor banks is introduced.Its advantage is to realize the working mode of parallel charging and series discharging through the ingenious structural design between capacitors.On this basis,the preliminary design of the high-voltage electric pulse system is carried out and the feasibility analysis is carried out through the simulation experiment.The control system adopts STM32F407 as the main control chip for related hardware design on the hardware,and uses the GUI module in MATLAB to design the upper computer.The high-voltage electric pulse system is subjected to an underwater discharge test.According to the principle of the electric pulse underwater discharge experiment and the collected data,the energy deposited during discharge at different voltages is calculated.The voltage value of 16 KV means that the discharge efficiency is relatively high.When conducting coal seam anti-reflection experiments,the 16 KV voltage completely ruptured the coal sample with only six electric pulses,and the anti-reflection effect was significant.Figure [49] table [1] reference [82]...
