Coal is one of the main energy sources in China at present,and the coal mining is a major event related to the national economy.With the progress of science and technology in all aspects,underground production is increasingly mechanized and automated,which promotes the efficient production of coal mines.But at the same time,there are also some problems.The bad working environment in the mine can easily lead to the failure of the shearer,affect the normal operation of the coal mine production,and bring huge economic losses to the enterprise.Therefore,it is very necessary to monitor the running state of the shearer.The traditional wired monitoring mode has the disadvantages of poor flexibility,weak applicability and unstable system,which is difficult to meet the needs of the shearer Monitoring requirements.This system designs a remote monitoring system for shearer,which combines wired communication and wireless communication.It can monitor the shearer flexibly and stably,and improve the working efficiency of the shearer.This system studies the traditional wired monitoring methods,studies and compares the current several mainstream communication and wired communication methods,and finally uses the combination of wireless communication and wired communication to carry out data communication.In the underground mining face,due to the poor environment,it is not easy to wire and maintain,so the ZigBee wireless communication technology with low power consumption and low cost is selected;in the roadway,due to the long distance and good environment,wiring can be carried out,so the communication mode of CAN bus is selected.Combined with the practical application background of shearer,the monitoring system designed by LabVIEW platform is selected in the airborne PC terminal and ground control center to directly monitor the operation status of shearer.The system adopts modular design.For the wireless communication module,the wireless CC2530 chip is selected to receive and receive data.At the same time,it communicates with the airborne PC and can bus nodes respectively.The software is designed on the IAR platform.The Z-stack protocol stack is used to realize the networking between nodes,data transmission and serial communication.For CAN bus,the CAN controller is embedded in MCU,STM32F103 is used as the main control chip,and the surrounding circuit is used to complete the data receiving and sending.At the same time,the data communication is conducted with ground PC and ZigBee node respectively.The software can be programmed by keil MDK.Based on the LabVIEW platform,the upper computer monitoring system is designed,which realizes the real-time display and storage of data,and the interface is intuitive,which provides the basis for the staff to make decisions.Finally,the system test is carried out in the laboratory,including the test of each module and the whole system.The test results show that the remote monitoring system of Shearer has the functions of remote viewing shearer working condition parameters,remote sending control instructions and local measurement and control,and has strong flexibility,maintainability and scalability,good stability and low power consumption.It can realize the function of remote monitoring of shearer,which has important theoretical significance and engineering value for improving coal mine safety.Figure[55]table[6]reference[84]...
