Shaft parts play a decisive role in production and life.Consumers and producers have increasingly higher requirements for the quality of shaft parts,and the demand for measurement of shaft parts is also increasing.At present,manual detection methods are mainly used in factories,which have the problems of low efficiency,high labor cost,and low detection accuracy.Aiming at the measurement problem of transmission shaft parts in automobile engine parts,this paper proposes a two-dimensional projection optical measurement scheme.Based on the two-dimensional projection sensor,a non-contact online detection and measurement method is designed.Its main work contents include:(1)Using the measurement characteristics of the two-dimensional projection optical sensor,a measurement method is designed,which can automatically measure multiple sizes of parts by adjusting the clamping method,angle and sensor position.(2)The matching automatic loading and unloading mechanism is designed.Through the automatic cooperation between the manipulator,the conveyor belt and the thimble clamping,the parts are directly picked up from the production line to the detection window.(3)The measurement platform was built to verify the feasibility of the online detection scheme based on the two-dimensional projection optical sensor,and the measurement platform constructed meets the factory's requirements for measurement accuracy and measurement speed.At the same time,in order to cooperate with the mechanical structure in automatic loading and unloading,the thimble clamping method is designed to meet the online detection requirements.(4)Based on programmable logic controller,the image data collected by the sensor can be analyzed and processed by writing a processing program.At the same time,it cooperates with the display screen of Weiluntong to create a user operation interface,improve the operability of the instrument,and facilitate the user to perform various operations on the instrument.(5)Apply the above research results to the actual factory production.The designed and manufactured instruments measure the test parts to be compared with their standard values.The maximum error of the spline is within 0.01 mm,and the other dimensional errors are all within 0.005 mm Meet factory error requirements within.The maximum repeatability is within 0.02 mm,and the judgment accuracy rate reaches 99.8%,and it takes 15-17 seconds to detect a single test piece at the same time.
