In recent years,from the trend of gas stations in China,with the rapid development of the automobile industry and highways,the management mode of gas station operating convenience stores is becoming more mature,and the fueling stations tend to be saturated.The domestic refined oil retail and wholesale markets have been liberalized.Created new profit growth points for oil companies.Therefore,the gas station retail store business has become a new competitive point and profit point for major gas stations.Distribution for enterprises can achieve zero inventory of the retail industry,reduce logistics costs,and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.Therefore,logistics distribution has become a key factor affecting the development of the retail industry.Based on the research at home and abroad,combined with the actual situation of A petroleum and the author's unit,this paper first summarizes the distribution,including the concept of logistics distribution,the function of logistics distribution and the significance of distribution route optimization,and then establishes mathematics for distribution problems.The model is designed and solved by genetic algorithm to obtain an optimized transportation path,and the distribution scheme is given at the end of the article.Studying the distribution mode of gas station convenience stores is an important guarantee to reduce the logistics cost of enterprises and improve the distribution level.The research work of this paper has certain significance for solving the problems of unreasonable distribution and waste of distribution vehicles in the convenience stores of gas stations.
