In the wood manufacturing industry,there are often defects on the surface of the solid wood panels.The occurrence of this situation will seriously affect the utilization of solid wood panels by enterprises.Aiming at the problem of how to detect the defects efficiently on the surface of the solid wood panels and how to lay out rectangular pieces on the panels with defects.The research content of this article is mainly divided into two parts.The one is the use of digital image processing technology to identify solid wood Defects on the surface of the board and determine the location of the defect.The second part is to use the heuristic algorithm to study the layout of the solid wood board with the known defect location after the location of the surface defect of the solid wood board is determined.This paper takes solid wood panels as the research object and uses digital image processing technology to process the surface of the solid wood panels.It mainly uses the best threshold method and the four-connected domain method to determine whether the solid wood panels contain defects.If the solid wood panels contain defects,And determine the location coordinates of the defect.Through the verification of examples,it only takes 0.785s to inspect the surface defects of solid wood boards using digital image processing techniques,and the defects can be accurately marked.Next,in order to solve the nesting problem of solid wood panels with defects,this article first compares the characteristics of several algorithms that are commonly used to solve the nesting problem,and finally chooses the lowest level algorithm to solve the research problem of this article.However,the traditional minimum horizontal line method is inefficient due to its single layout method,which leads to low efficiency of layout one by one,and cannot consider the defects in solid wood panels.Therefore,this article improves the minimum horizontal line method,sets the defect in the solid wood board as the rectangular pieces that have been laid out,and adds a trial layout step before the rectangular piece layout,and then performs batch layout,which improves the traditional minimum horizontal line algorithm.The insufficiency.Through the verification of examples,the result of using the improved minimum horizontal line method to nest rectangular parts is compared with the results of using the traditional minimum horizontal line method.The utilization rate of solid wood panels that are not defective raw materials is increased from 80.96%to 93.04%.;Increase the utilization rate of defective raw material solid wood panels from 76.68%to 85.45%.
