Research On Standard Cost Management Of BS Steel Company Limited

With the deepening of economic globalization and the increasing trade barriers between countries,China's steel industry is facing the challenges that need to be solved.The competition among steel enterprises has been formed due to the high cost of steel,the excess capacity of steel,the slowing demand for steel and the weakness of steel export.It is the key for BS Steel Company Limited to examine its production capacity,adjust its variety structure and control its internal cost.The key to the internal cost control of the enterprise is the standard cost.In order to achieve the competitive advantage of the enterprise and create additional benefits,the enterprise can improve the level of cost management through the standard cost management,so that the enterprise as whole resources can be effectively used,the ultimate realization of the entire enterprise cost reduction efficiency.In this dissertation,BS Steel Company Limited as the research object,based on domestic and foreign scholars on standard cost management research results,using literature research,comparative analysis and other research methods,then the standard cost management of BS Steel Company Limited is deeply studied.This dissertation first introduces the development process of BS Steel Company Limited,the application of standard cost management process,standard cost management organization,system,procedures and standard cost management under the cost-effectiveness,this dissertation analyzes the current situation of standard cost management of BS Steel Company Limited,and then through the formulation of direct material,direct labor,manufacturing cost and unit product standard cost of BS Steel Company Limited,the standard cost difference analysis and the responsibility attribution,the standard cost difference accounting processing introduction,have analyzed the BS Steel Company Limited standard cost management operation process;Then it summarizes the effect of standard cost management and the deficiency of standard cost management in BS Steel Company Limited,and analyzes the operation effect of standard cost management.Finally,it forms the organizational structure,management system,cost center,performance evaluation standards,the standard cost management of BS Steel Company Limited.The study of this dissertation has a strong practical significance for BS Steel Company Limited to strengthen cost management and improve economic efficiency.
