The production and processing technology of bamboo fiber is currently a research hotspot in the high-value utilization of bamboo.Its theoretical research and industrialization are of great significance to the development of the bamboo industry.After years of development,bamboo fiber processing technology has formed a long bamboo fiber production pattern based on heating hammering or chemical mechanical methods.At present,there are a large number of bamboo fiber preparation methods,and all have their own characteristics,but most of these preparation methods are empirical methods or idealized models obtained by summarizing individual experiments,lacking theoretical foundation and universal experimental data support.In addition,the current research on the fiber formation mechanism is mainly focused on the macroscopic phenomenological analysis of the surface morphology changes and cracking of the bamboo during the manufacturing process,but rarely from the perspective of the fibrosis of the internal structure of the bamboo.Therefore,the in-depth study of bamboo fiber separation theory and the continuous improvement of bamboo fiber opening methods are still of great significance.In recent years,a oriented fiber preparation method has been applied in bamboo fiber processing.Its production process is simple,processing efficiency is high,and the bamboo fiber produced is of good quality.It has begun to be used in furniture manufacturing,automotive interior composite materials and other fields.However,research results involving this method are rarely reported,theoretical research is relatively lacking,and its mechanism is still unclear.Based on previous studies,this paper establishes a fiber preparation model through mechanical analysis,and introduces computer tomography technology.The density value is used to characterize the changes in the structure of bamboo during the continuous oriented fiber preparation process.The influence of fibrillation initially reveals the mechanism of oriented fiber preparation and provides a basis for the optimization of fiber preparation technology.The main research contents and results are as follows:(1)The mechanical performance test of bamboo was completed,the relationship between the compressive strength of bamboo and the volume fraction of bamboo fiber was studied,and the radial compressive performance of bamboo and the law of fiber volume fraction changing with bamboo age and position were obtained.(2)The mechanical model of oriented fiber preparation was established by analyzing the stress of the bamboo in a single roll and combining the microstructure characteristics of the bamboo.(3)In order to meet the test target requirements,the oriented fiber manufacturing parameters were optimized,and the test machine was assembled and tested.Computed tomography technology is used to study the process of bamboo fibrosis,combined with CT(computed tomography)value and density value fitting model to discuss the mechanism of oriented fiber preparation and suitable roll number.(4)Experiments were carried out to analyze the effect of bamboo fiber preparation,and the effects of different softening conditions and bamboo moisture content on bamboo fiber properties were studied.At the same time,the relationship between the softening process parameters and the moisture content is analyzed,and the optimal selection of the softening process parameters is obtained,the vacuum time is1 h,the boosting time is 4h,and the boosting pressure is 1.8MPa.
