It is difficult to bleach the bamboo high-yield pulp, and the pulp's brightness isn't steady. These properties influent the bamboo high-yield pulp's industry production. The thesis mainly discussed the influence of taking out the fattiness, fecula and protein by the bio-treatment, the influence of taking out the bamboo juice by compression on the bamboo SCMP's properties and the mechanism research of the bamboo juice's influence on the brightness and brightness' stability.The bamboo was biotreated with the Aspergillus Niger+Aspergillus Oryzae+ Candida Lipolytica. The experiment results showed that there was a high content of the fattiness, fecula and protein in bamboo chemical components, respectively 4.87%, 4.11%, 5.36%. After biotreated, they respectively reduced to 0.98%, 0.06%, 1.33%. The reduce date respectively was 67.57%, 97.19%, 64.43%. In the bio-treatment course the most fattiness, fecula and protein was taken out, the bamboo was loosened, and some small holes appeared on the fiber surface. It was propitious to save the dosage of chemical, the refining and improve the beating degree. The experiment results showed that the beating degree was higher if the bamboo was biotreated. Compared to the control sample, it improved from 31.5°SR to 45.0°SR. The strength index was also improved. The brightness was lower. Compared to the control sample, it reduced from 33.0%(ISO) to 32.0%(ISO). But its bleaching capability was well. After bleached by H2O2, the brightness was improved obviously, and the PC value was lower.If the fresh bamboo was compressed, it would effuse some turquoise and feculent liquid. After some days, the liquid became to nigger-brown with some yellow precipitate. The experiment results showed that the beating degree was higher after taking out the bamboo juice by compression. Compared to the control sample, it improved from 23.0°SR to 31.5°SR. The strength index was also improved. The brightness was improved from 27.1%(ISO) to 33.0%(ISO), and the PC value reduced from 3.88 to 2.08. There were tow reasons for the brightness' improvement. One was the loosening of the machine compression, which was propitious to the chemical pretreatment. Another was that the compression took out the bamboo juice, which was comprised with some color components.The thesis analyzed the bamboo juice's components. The experiment results showed that the bamboo juice was mainly comprised with aether, hydroxybenzene, quinine and so on. Then illuminated the bamboo juice with ultraviolet radiation and aged the bamboo juice. We found that the bamboo juice color would become deeper, and have some yellow precipitate. The UV analyses indicated that the 270nm absorption was reduced after illuminating and aging. The reason maybe was that the bamboo juice was high content of polyphenol substance. And the polyphenol substance was easy to condense with illumination and flocculate. So the phenyl absorption reduced. But after the 350nm the absorption was strengthened clearly, because other deeper color substance produced.
