Research On Enterprise Response Willingness Of Forest Carbon Sequestration Policy

In recent years,the greenhouse effect caused by climate change has become the focus of attention of all countries in the world,and has affected the international economic and political fields from the environmental field.China also officially launched a unified national carbon emission trading system in December 2017.It is of great significance to study the response behavior of forest carbon sink compensation policy from the perspective of the demand side of forest carbon sink,which is helpful to accomplish the task of reducing carbon emissions without affecting the economic development of enterprises.The data used in this study comes from 24 key emission reduction companies in the 3 key emission reduction industries(steel,power and chemical industry)managed by the Shanghai carbon emission quota management.The Likert scale was used to conduct a random sample survey of the company's employees,and finally 451 copies The effective questionnaire uses structural equations to analyze the influencing factors of different corporate carbon sequestration policies,and uses Ucinet software to make a network structure diagram to analyze the industry differences of corporate response lines.The research process and conclusion ns are as follows:Social environmental constraints,government incentive policies,and expected corporate benefits have a positive impact on corporate forest carbon sink offset policy responses,with path coefficients of 0.76,0.279,and 0.039;the difficulty of technology reduction and carbon sink awareness affect corporate policies The willingness to respond has no positive impact.In general,the standard path coefficients of various influencing factors on corporate policy response willingness are: social environmental constraints> national incentive policies> corporate expected benefits.The main influencing factors of different industries are different.Among the influencing factors of the chemical industry's policy response,social environmental constraints have the greatest impact on it,while the government's incentive policies have the greatest impact among the influencing factors of the steel industry and the power industry.Based on the above research conclusions,the following policy implications are drawn:strengthen the promotion of incentive policies;strengthen the environmental protection and offset effects of forest carbon sinks;strengthen industry supervision and formulate low-carbon environmental protection regulations;improve the qualifications of professional testing institutions.
