Surface Enhanced Raman Scattering(SERS)substrates with micro-nano structures can balance the contradiction between enhancement ability and signal uniformity,which has become a hot research topic in SERS field in recent years.In this thesis,three novel and representative three-dimensional micro/nanostructured SERS substrates were prepared by template method,and the correlation between their structure and SERS performance was studied.These studies are valuable for preparation of SERS substrates.The main contents and innovations of this thesis are as follows:1.Carbon nanochain@Au network films were prepared,based on a combination of nanochain-film template,synthesized by solvothermal method,with sputtering deposition.The film architecture is tunable by the nanochain template and sputtering time.Due to existence of a large number of nanoscale gaps in the film,the composite film shows great enhancement ability.But the signal uniformity of the film is moderate.2.The Fe2O3@Au nanobowl array was fabricated by combining the Fe2O3 nanobowl array template,prepared by solution impregnation on the monolayer PS sphere array template,and sputtering deposition.The array structure can be controlled by the template and sputtering time.Due to the uniform structure,the substrate has good signal uniformity.But the enhancement ability is moderate.3.ZnO nanorod array was decorated with Au nanoparticles based on electrophoresis deposition in the Au colloidal solution prepared by laser ablation of Au target in water.The Au nanoparticles homogeneously cover on the ZnO nanorods' surfaces.The morphology of the coating layer on the ZnO nanorods can be tuned by the size of the nanoparticles in the colloidal solution and the electrophoretic potential(depth of coating).The substrate is of excellent enhancement ability and signal uniformity,compared with the previous two ones.Importantly,it is found that the enhancement ability strongly depends on the depth of coating.The study on SERS performance of the three kinds of micro/nanostructured substrates suggests that the signal can be greatly enhanced by changing the particle size and the coating depth,and that the signal uniformity can be improved to a certain extent by using array structure template.
