The electrothermal film assembly automatic line multi-station rotary table is mainly used in the related machining fields such as electrothermal film assembly.Nowadays,the assembly technology of electrothermal film is still in the early stage of research,and the assembly process cannot be automated.As a result,there are still low production efficiency and rough assembly in the assembly of electrothermal film.How to realize automatic assembly is an urgent problem to be solved in electrothermal film assembly.Aiming at the above problems,this paper designs a multi-station rotary table for electrothermal film assembly automatic line,and combines simulation verification methods to carry out research work on the structure design,dynamic characteristics,reliability and fuzzy PID control technology of the rotary table.This topic first designs the structure of the multi-station rotary table,and then uses the static analysis method to analyze the structure of the rotary table.First,the structure design of the turntable and the selection of brakes and other devices were completed.Then,a static analysis equation was established for the multi-station rotary table,and the strength of the rotary table structure was analyzed through static simulation.Analyze the dynamic characteristics of the multi-station rotary table.The rotary table working platform is the main mechanism to ensure the assembly accuracy of the electric heating film.The dynamic equation is established and solved,and the modal analysis of the working platform is carried out.The best thickness value is obtained by comparing and analyzing the natural frequency of the working platform at different thicknesses.The harmonic response analysis obtained the maximum deformation of the optimal thickness,and then established the transient response analysis to obtain the average stress and other results,which laid the foundation for the practical application of the turntable and the subsequent reliability analysis.Reliability analysis is carried out on the key components of the multi-station turntable.A mathematical model that can be used for the reliability analysis of the working platform and supporting structure is established,and the reliability analysis module of ANSYS Workbench is used to analyze the structural reliability of the working platform and supporting structure.The obtained distribution function,failure probability and other analysis results verify the rationality of the design of the working platform and supporting structure.The fuzzy PID control technology is used to establish the model of the turntable control system,and the simulation analysis is carried out through Matlab.According to the transfer function of the control system,two control systems,PID and fuzzy PID control system,are designed,and Simulink is used for simulation,and the fuzzy PID control system is obtained as the best control system.Through the research on the design technology of the multi-station rotary table of the electric heating film assembly automatic line,the automatic assembly of the electric heating film production line has been realized.This technology has important significance to promote the practical application of the electric heating film assembly automatic line.
