The electric heating film is a translucent polyester film that can generate heat after being energized,and heats the room in the form of infrared radiation.The heating method has the characteristics of low consumption,low carbon and little pollution.At present,in the production process of electrothermal film,the production of electrothermal film has been automated,but the assembly of electrothermal film also uses manual,single-machine manual processing methods,in order to meet the needs of high efficiency and high quality of enterprise production.Carry out the research on the automatic line of electrothermal film assembly,so that the production line can be in accordance with the requirements of the assembly process to complete the connection between the various processes,the automatic completion of the electrothermal film assembly,the realization of the electro-thermal film assembly of scale,mass,high efficiency,automation,for the enterprise to bring better production benefits.According to the structure composition of the electrothermal film and the technical requirements of the electrothermal film assembly and the practical requirements of the enterprise,the process flow of the electrothermal film automatic assembly and the overall structure layout of the automatic assembly line are determined,and the design of some actuators was completed.Through analyzing the function of each actuator,the specific structural design scheme was completed,mainly including the coil positioning and installation mechanism,the flat material pressing mechanism,the shear mechanism,the pneumatic chuck mechanism,the screw nut transmission mechanism,and the multi-station rotary table,The analysis and calculation of the shearing mechanism,pneumatic chuck mechanism,screw nut transmission mechanism as well as the multi-station rotary table,it is concluded that the power demand of the actuator,determining the power plant.The dynamic modeling process of shear mechanism,including the description of the mechanism configuration and the system dynamics equation,was introduced in detail,and a mathematical model of the hinge pair clearance and a contact collision force model were established.It provides theoretical basis and theoretical support for the simulation analysis of shear mechanism by using ADAMS.A virtual prototype of the shearing mechanism is established in ADAMS,the contact of force between the electrothermal film and the upper blade is used to simulate the shear force,and to perform an analysis of the dynamics of shearing mechanism with clearance.Analyze the effects of different articulation clearances on kinematic characteristics,shear force,and contact and collision forces of the upper blade,and the force of the connecting rod and the support during the shearing process provide a theoretical basis for the reliability analysis.According to the theory of structural reliability analysis,the limit state function of the structure reliability of the connecting rod and support of the shear mechanism were established.The PDS probability design module of ANSYS were used,and the Monte Carlo method was used for probability analysis.The structural reliability analysis of the connecting rod and support of the shearing mechanism was carried out,and the reliability analysis report was obtained,which proved the reliability of connecting rod and bearing design.
