With the increase of mining depth of Chengchao Iron Mine to a certain extent,the ground pressure activity of mine stope roadway is more and more frequent,which has a serious impact on the construction efficiency and work schedule of mine.Therefore,the early warning work of mine ground pressure is particularly important.Based on the concrete situation and energy support theory of ground pressure display in stope roadway,a reasonable support method is put forward,and the reliability analysis of the implementation effect of the support method is carried out to verify whether the support method meets the reliability requirements of the support engineering.Therefore,this paper mainly studies the early warning work of roadway ground pressure and the reliability analysis of support mode,and uses field monitoring,theoretical model and other means to carry out correlation analysis.The main research work is as follows :The first of all,based on the field survey of Chengchao Iron Mine,the close value method model is applied to the underground oil depot and 5-1 working face of Chengchao Iron Mine.Therefore,it is feasible to use close value method model to study the occurrence of stope ground pressure and to guide the safe production of mines.The second,based on the close value method model to predict the early warning results of underground oil depot ground pressure appearance and 5-1 working face ground pressure appearance,combined with the actual situation of Chengchao Iron Mine,the energy support theory is used to guide the support mode of roadway oil depot and 5-1 working face.The third,Rosenblueth method is used to analyze the stability of the whole bolt support system of mining roadway.According to the existing risk of ground pressure display in 5-1working face,combined with the limit state equation of roadway bolting and shotcreting support structure,the reliability of roadway bolting and shotcreting support is calculated by Rosenblueth method.Rosenblueth method does not need to master the probability distribution of all kinds of variables,and correctly applies the mean and variance of all kinds of variables to obtain the moments of state function,so as to solve the reliability of bolt support structure.The method is simple,scientific and reasonable.The calculation efficiency is greatly improved.
