Sulige gas field is the typical “three low” gas field,pressure generally will rapid decline after the production,water get together in gas well bottom is commonly,the gas extraction has a greater impact.In order to solve the problem,foam drainage gas extraction process is widely used in Sulige gas field,but because of light hydrocarbon content,methanol content and formation water mineralization degree are high,and some gas wells using underground throttle technology,resulting in the application effect of foam drainage and gas extraction process isn't excellent,which need to slove the above problems urgently,to select the advantage foam drainage process optimal parameters for different blocks of Sulige gas field.Therefore,the main research content of this paper is as follows:1.The establishment of a method to judge the condition of gas well fluid accumulation in the Sulige gas field.Through literature research,calculation and analysis,the paper analyzes the liquid source and gas flow type in the gas well,establishes the gas well fluid accumulation judgment method with critical flow,calculated well bottom flow pressure and bottom pressures difference,well bore flow state and production dynamics as reference,and analyzes the height and flow state of the gas well fluid in the gas well bore containing the throttle and the gas well bore without the throttle,and makes a clear analysis of the gas well fluid accumulation method applicable to the Sulige gas field.From the Su14 block,Su48 block and Su20 block randomly selected 16 breath wells,according to the established judgment method for calculation and analysis,infer the same geological conditions and operating conditions of other blocks of the fluid accumulation situation,draw a conclusion that the Sulige gas field Su 47,Su48 block and Tao 2 block of the general fluid accumulation serious conclusion,for the follow-up process optimization field experiments to provide data support.2.Performance evaluation and screening of foam drains.Through data collection,test analysis and other means,grasp the water production characteristics of Sulige gas field,and draw the conclusion that the formation water is Ca Cl2 type and the mineralization is high.Subsequently carried out,five kinds of foaming performance and performance tests with foaming agent,it was found that the foaming force and carrying capacity of ZX-45,UT-6 and UT-11 C were significantly better than those of other foaming agents at different concentrations and different mineralization degrees.The foaming performance and carry-on properties of 3foaming agents under the light hydrocarbon conditions of different content gas fields were tested,and it was found that the foam exhaust agents UT-11 C and ZX-45 with a concentration of 0.3% could meet the requirements of field applications.For the two foaming agents methanol matching,surface tension,emulsification,corrosion resistance and thermal stability of the test,the final selection of suitable for the Sulige gas field development conditions of the foam drain agent ZX-45 and field application concentration of 0.5% to 1%.3.The field foam drainage test results in the optimal process parameters.Through on-site test,calculation and analysis,on the basis of mastering the difficulties of the throttle gas well foam drainage process,optimize the Foaming agent drain filling process,and take the first part of the three selected three blocks 16 tone wells as the test object,from the Foaming agent discharge injection amount,filling dilution ratio,gas well filling cycle and other aspects of the field test,optimize the foam drainage process parameters of the three blocks.By comparing the process parameters and calculation parameters of the three blocks,the effect after filling the ZX-45 foaming agent is analyzed,and the field foam drainage process law and the three block foam drainage construction process guidance scheme are summarized.
