Abstract/Summary:
Carbon fiber sucker rod has the advantages of light weight,high strength and corrosion resistance,and is suitable for deep and ultra-deep wells and corroded wells.It is one of the important means to improve oil recovery efficiency and save energy.The clamping device is the core device of the carbon fiber sucker rod working truck.The optimization design of the clamping device in this paper can make it run stably,which is of great significance to the popularization and application of the carbon fiber sucker rod.In this paper,the clamping device of the existing three generations of carbon fiber sucker rod working car was investigated and compared,and the clamping device of the carbon fiber sucker rod working car was improved and designed,and a new carbon fiber sucker rod centralizer and paraffin scraper device was designed;Secondly,the state of the clamping device in actual work is simulated by finite element software with the finite element simulation method.The analysis shows that in the clamping device,the stress of the sucker rod is the largest when it just enters the bottom of the clamping device,and the stress decreases gradually from the bottom to the top.It is found that,under the condition of keeping the total load of the hydraulic cylinder constant,the load of the three hydraulic cylinders connected with the moving guide rail increases gradually from bottom to top,which can make the sucker rod stress uniform;Finally,the response surface optimization of the friction block and guide rail was carried out based on the two factors affecting the shear action of the sucker rod,namely the fillet Angle of the friction block and the cut angle of the clamping block.The results show that the shear stress of carbon fiber sucker rod is the minimum and the shear action is effectively alleviated when the fillet Angle of asymmetrical curvature of friction block is 1.05,13.5mm and the cutting angle is 3-9.At the end of this paper,the transient dynamic simulation of the shear process shows that the shear action in the sucker rod is periodic and continuous,that is,the maximum stress of the sucker rod in the clamping device changes periodically.
