| As a product that accompanies the whole children’s stage from beginning to end,toys have innate advantages that other products cannot compare.A good toy can stimulate children’s willingness to play,and it is also a medium for children to learn to contact with the outside world.It can exercise children’s activity acuity and speech fluency.Pre-school age children refer to children between 3 and 6 years old in particular.At this stage,children begin to learn knowledge when they enter kindergarten,which is the most critical stage in children’s growth.Therefore,according to the physical and mental development and characteristics of children in early school age,it is particularly important to select and design appropriate toys for their growth and development as well as the educational significance of completing the task,and it also points out the direction for the development of toy design.Wooden toys belong to a big category of toys,which itself has Chinese traditional cultural deposits,and with the enhancement of people’s awareness of environmental protection in recent years,wooden toys with its advantages of green,natural and pollution-free,more and more favored by consumers.But in the face of the growing consumer demand and consumer market,Chinese preschool wooden toys from the design or the sales volume are ragged,state of the development of China’s wooden toys industry compared to foreign markets,presents the main problems of independent brands,factors such as age,function orientation is not clear,make our country has been in production but not only as toys become power toys design,based on the above aspects,the transformation and change of the preschool children’s wooden toys is imminent.This paper aims to summarize the growth characteristics of Chinese children in line with China’s national conditions by understanding the development process of children’s wooden toys and studying the physical and mental development rules of children in the early school age and comparing them with foreign children.Combined with the design elements of children’s wooden toys and related design principles,a more targeted wooden toys for children in early school age creative design.This paper first analyzes the origin,development,classification and development status of wooden toys at home and abroad,and analyzes the reasons for the development of wooden toys for children in China.Second for preschool children in the early,middle and late three ages physiological development,psychological development,social development and moral development for the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages,compared with foreign children will use design pain points extracted amplifier,and summarize the wooden toys can bring one preschool children’s beneficial effects.Combined with the development characteristics,this paper further analyzes the design elements of wooden toys for pre-school children,analyzes the existing products in the market,and puts forward the design principles of times,nationality and innovation,as well as the design concepts of emotion,culture and creation.From a professional point of view,the definition of innovative design is clearly divided.Finally,the market was investigated,the user’s needs and ideas were unified and integrated to determine the design concept,and targeted design and development of wooden toys for pre-school children were carried out.Finally,the design returned to theory and regularly summarized and analyzed the design theories applied in the design and development.It is hoped that the research insights and results of this paper can better meet the needs of children at the early school age,help children at this age to better grow and develop,and provide reference for the research field of toy design. |
