Pre-school period is a critical period for the development of children's social intelligence. According to the research, the learning way combining play and education can ensure a better result. Thus, the interaction-focused design of educational toys is of high practical meaning.The purpose of this paper is to conduct interactive research of the educational toys for the target users---pre-school children. During the process of research the author tries to use a new digital interactive technique to build an Immersion-like education game situation, so as to stimulate children's interest of learning and exploration. Meanwhile, a practical research of an English enlightenment toy"funny tap"is carried out, which starts from the integration of the design process of the product from the perspective of interactive design and then realized through the project of interactive educational toy.By many feasible methods such as: on-the-spot investigation, expert interview, questionnaire, literature search, etc. this paper conducts an in-depth research of the educational toys for pre-school children, and summarizes the development tendency of the educational toys to provide certain theoretical basis for its development. By finding the major design elements of the pre-school children, the author intends to give some instruction for the development of educational toys market as well as business success. What matters most is that through the adequate research of the above two points the author, based on the summarized design elements, will put forward all kinds of interactive ways of the educational toys for children and make feasibility research and practical discussion so as to provide more thinking for the development of the educational toys.The research of this paper can provide systematic and macro knowledge for the development direction of interactive educational toys and can be used by the enterprises for their future product development.
