Erosion ripple is a wavy or fish-scale-like morphology that appears on the surface of an original smooth and flat material after a period of erosion under the working conditions of liquid-solid or gas-solid two-phase flow.There are various erosion wear phenomena in production and life,and the appearance of erosion corrugation is accompanied.Studies have shown that the formation of erosion corrugations can interfere with the normal trajectory of erosion particles,thereby changing the erosion rate.Therefore,it is of great significance and application prospect to study the formation of erosion ripples and the mechanism of erosion resistance.This article summarizes the current state of erosion ripple generation,theoretical and experimental research development,and builds a relatively complete research system for the formation process and mechanism of erosion ripples.It explains the formation mechanism and formation process of erosion ripples on smooth specimens.Based on literature research,this article reviews the current state of theories and experimental research on erosion corrugations,and discusses the formation process and mechanism of erosion corrugations.Through the design and modification and construction of erosion test equipment,the air source,connection parts,nozzles,etc.were selected,and the support frame,angle adjustment mechanism,and sample holding mechanism were designed to enable the position of the test piece to be fixed during the test.And the adjustment of the angle can meet the experimental requirements under various experimental parameters.The air blasting equipment was used to carry the quartz sand particles to erosion the test specimens,and the experimental parameters that formed the erosion corrugation morphology were found.The pressure parameters of 0.3Mpa,0.4Mpa,0.5Mpa and the impact angle parameters of 30° 40°,and 50° were set.Nine comprehensive erosion tests were performed on the specimens,and the characteristic data of the erosion corrugation height and width of the nine groups were obtained.The design of orthogonal test is carried out by using the method of experimental optimization design.Choose the width,height and shape of the corrugated three main factors,each factor selected three levels,four factors three levels of orthogonal test design scheme,and do not examine the interaction between the factors,select orthogonal table for sample design.The corrugated morphology is reconstructed by reverse engineering method,and the surface corrugated morphology can be effectively reduced by erosion test.By using ANSYS software,the influence of the surface morphology of the bionic sample on the velocity vector and pressure of the near-wall air flow is simulated and analyzed.
