This papermainly focuses on the complexmechanism of the pushing system of the spherical focusing logging tool used in oil fields at present,the low reliability in the actual pushing process and the inadequate pushing force,or due to incomplete closure of themechanism and the inability of the whole instrument to be taken out smoothly.Under the background of domestic and foreign research,after analyzing the transmissionmechanism of the push system andmastering its overall operation state.Consider the following five aspects,the structural design of the push system is carried out: 1)motion stability;2)Initial transmission angle;3)Plate push force;4)motion reliability;5)mechanism self-adaptability;Based on the closed loop vector chainmethod,themathematicalmodel of the propulsion system is established,and themathematicalmodel is analyzed by using thematlab,and themotion law of the push system of themicrosphere logging tool is revealed by the curve diagram.The dynamic and static analysismodel of themicrosphere push is established.The support reaction force andmoment equation at the restraint of eachmember are established.The variation of transmission angle and the dynamic characteristics of eachmember in the transmission process of themicrosphere push system are revealed.The dynamic simulationmodel of themicrosphere push system is established with Adams.Combining with the constraints of actual working conditions in oilfields,themotion and dynamic simulation of the wholemechanism is realized by using virtual prototyping technology.The simulation results are compared with the analysis results ofmatlab.Finally,aiming at the problem ofmotion stability and push force of push system,amulti-objective constrained optimizationmathematicalmodel based on the centroid velocity,acceleration and drive angle of push plate is proposed,and solved by improved complex-genetic algorithm.A push system with sufficient initial transmission angle,smoothmotion,reduced peak acceleration and accuratemotion can be obtained,and sufficient push force can be ensured.
