Traditional calipers can only perform the conventional operation of wellbore diameter measurement,while performing well logging operations.In carrying out different logging projects,different logging tools need to be run separately,which is inefficient.At present,an effective way to improve the efficiency of logging operations is to combine logging tools for different logging projects to obtain multiple formation information in one trip of down the well.When combined with other instruments,specific centralizers and eccentrics are required,which undoubtedly increases the complexity of the instrument and reduces the reliability of the instrument.Based on the analysis of the current research and application status of caliper logging tools at home and abroad,this thesis designs a system that can not only perform conventional wellbore size measurement operations,but also can be connected with other tools to perform centralization,eccentricity and short arm positioning functions.Caliper logging tool with independent movement of four arms.After completing the structural design of the pushing system,the complex vector method was used to analyze the kinematics of the pushing system of the instrument.Based on the MATLAB platform,the kinematic characteristic curve of each member in the mechanism was obtained.On this basis,a dynamic static analysis model of the mechanism is established according to the motion parameters obtained from the kinematic analysis,and the law of changes in the force and moment of each link in the mechanism is analyzed.According to the analysis results of kinematics and dynamics,the reverse thrust characteristics of the caliper arm were studied,and the curve of the adhering force of the caliper arm with the compression of the disc spring was obtained.Based on the Adams simulation platform,the kinematics and dynamics simulation model of the independent four-arm caliper pushing system was established,and the kinematic characteristic curve and force change curve of each component in the system were obtained,and the mathematical model established above was assisted in analysis And verification.At the end of this thesis,based on the reverse thrust analysis basis of the caliper arm,an optimization design model of the push system was established,and the model was solved using the optimization tool of MATLAB,and the optimal solution of the parameters of each component in the push system was obtained.The goal of push system optimization design has been achieved.
