In the process of drilling,when lost circulation occurs,it is necessary to use the drilling dynamic liquid level monitor to determine the dynamic liquid level position as soon as possible,and then take effective plugging measures in time.Traditional drilling dynamic liquid level monitor needs wellhead monitoring by monitoring personnel,which cannot guarantee wellhead safety of monitoring personnel.Therefore,a wireless monitoring device for drilling fluid level is developed based on the existing drilling fluid level monitor.Firstly,this paper investigated the research status of drilling fluid level monitor at dominant and abroad,and then analyzed the functional requirements of drilling fluid level wireless monitoring device according to the characteristics of drilling production technology,and put forward the overall scheme of drilling fluid level wireless monitoring device.Secondly,this paper chose STM32G474RCT6 single chip microcomputer as the main controller chip,and designed its peripheral circuit,power supply circuit,signal acquisition circuit and ESP8266 wireless transmission circuit,and compiled the main controller program and ESP8266 wireless transmission subprogram through Keil MDK development environment to realize the functions of signal acquisition and upper computer wireless communication.Qt Creator was selected to develop the upper computer software,and realized the functions of displaying the waveform of the moving liquid level and calculating the height of the moving liquid level.Finally,the structural design of the pressure-bearing converter of the wireless monitoring device for drilling fluid level was carried out.The results showed that the pressure-bearing converter can not only install the wireless monitoring device for drilling fluid level at the two wings of the wellhead cross,but also avoid potential well control safety hazards caused by the device during monitoring.The practical application of Gao Quan 5# well and Letan 1# well shown that the wireless monitoring device for drilling dynamic liquid level developed in this paper not only avoided the potential safety hazard of wellhead during monitoring,but also meet the requirements of drilling well control safety.Thus,the device plays an important role in improving drilling well control safety,which has application and popularization value.
