Drilling fluid blender is one of the most important Solids Control Equipments of the drill operation facilities in Petroleum engineering drilling construction. Aiming the shortage of Drilling equipments and working parameters testing equipments. On the bases of extensive research and analysising in the domestic and foreign blender detection method, plus techniques such as Modern sensor and wireless data transmission, this thesis puts forward a method of Drilling fluid blender working parameters test on account of Wireless data transmission. Designed and finished the Wireless strain sensor which used in drilling fluid blender detection and formed the blender wireless torque test system,ultrasonic distance system, which synchronized the drilling construction and inspection parameters.This thesis analyzes blender testing method from two aspects respectively in hardware and software. Expounded the design and development process of wireless strain sensor and test system. In modular design, using high performance microprocessor design the blender wireless strain sensor signal disposal unit, micro processing unit, wireless transceiver unit to calibrate and debug. Constructs the wireless transmission system, using force control 6.0 developed PC program, realized the simulation blender human-machine interface and data display function.The proposed blender working parameters overall detection and wireless transmission method, may Working parameters of blender detection in real time. Also discussed synchronization test methods of drilling mud density. This Research results for futurel solid control equipment condition monitoring, expand the overall parameters of drilling mud logging parameter category offers a practical method.
